The beautiful 450 m2 3 levels private air-conditioned villa with a garden and a fantastic panorama you find in the South Buda region. A special feature of the villa overlooking the garden 14m long indoor all-year heated swimming pool with 6 person hot-tube and sauna on the wellness-floor. Garage for 2 cars.
On the ground floor can find living room (opened double sofa 140*200cm), dining room, bar, fully equipped kitchen with american fridge and dishwasher, bathroom with shower and an extra family room (double sofa 140*200cm and 3 guest beds 80*188cm), opened Panorama and BBQ terraces.
In the French Mansard 3 rooms with bathroom (double bed 160*200cm and single bed 90*200cm), balcony and 2 rooms (double bed 160*200cm).
A true dream home is waiting for you as corporate events, birthday, family, friends or organize a party. Airport or city (app.8km) private minibus transfer is available up to 20 person.
Maximum availability is 20 people. Price is valid for 10 people, please if you will come more people, add extra person or extra children (2-12 years) price during your booking. Baby 0-2 year free, baby equipment (cot, bed linen, high chair) rental is available. Pets are welcome for extra charge. Price is included bed linen, towels, cable TV and WiFi.

I was fall in love to this territory, when I saw first time, the panorama is wonderful, really. I built here a house, and we was living here with my big family for 8 years, but now my older children are gowned up, and we choose a smaller house to live, and we let our Dream Home to guest for Holiday.
