Living area has Wall mounted Smart TV, Gas Fireplace and Couches.

Informal Dining seats up to 6 guests.

Laundry with washing machine + dryer and powder room also on ground level.

Open Plan area is serviced by a Split System and opens to outdoor deck, gardens and enclosed Swimming Pool.

Outdoor Garden is fully secured and includes deck with dining table and benches, Umbrella, lounges, chairs, Weber, Basketball Ring and other Kids toys.

Enclosed Solar Heated Mineral Swimming Pool.

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2nd living area.

Fantastic visit

My wife and I have traveled quite a bit worldwide and this is one of the best placed we've stayed. The residents actually left age and gender specific toys and books for our kids. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with all the necessities we might need. The pool was very nice to have as well. The neighborhood is also exceptional. It's situated in a nice cul-de-sac so it's quiet and the neighbors are all very friendly. My youngest son keeps asking when we can go back to our "other house" to stay permanently.
