About this property

Welcome to the Island Colony! This studio located in the heart of Waikiki is great for the budget friendly traveler. The unit features 1 full bed and one sofa bed (full size), a kitchenette with a hot plate, a refrigerator, two dressers, a small TV and more. Enjoy City, Ocean, and ridge views from the unit’s lanai! The building features a convenience store, a large open deck area with BBQs, a pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi, cabanas with loungers and more. There is also a coin/ card operated laundry facility on site. The unit does not come with parking but is within walking distance of Waikiki Beach, International Market Place, and plenty of eateries and shops.

Please read below prior to booking this property:

The unit's mailbox is not able to be used during guest's stay. If guests need to receive a package or mail during their stay they will need to utilize a local post office in the area.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
