The info is misleading or wrong. "walking distance to all amenities": the closest major grocery store like Safeway or Walmart is 30 minutes by walk. The closest major mall, Surrey Center, is around one hour by bus. You need to have a car staying there for the convenience. "Property is kept vacant for 72 hours between stays": This is simply not true. It is a one-bedroom in the basement of a house. There is another one-bedroom. The tenants there need to pass in front of your window to go upstairs. You are not allowed to use certain space, like the backyard, on the ground, since it belongs to people upstairs.
