EXTRAS: High-Speed Internet, Pack-n-Play Travel Crib, 1 assigned parking space, standard beach equipment, all included. Both Bedrooms have Smart TVs

THE VIEW
Enjoy beautiful garden views from all rooms and both balconies. Relax as you listen to the Ocean waves, garden fountains, and bubbling brooks outside. From the front balcony or couch are some of the most beautiful sunsets. The second balcony is off the master bedroom and has mountain views in the distance.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen has been renovated and updated with Corian counters and top-of-the-line appliances. The appliances have all been replaced and upgraded to a French-door fridge, double oven, and 2 separate sinks. It is fully stocked and ready for all your cooking needs. There are even added extras such as a Keurig, coffee station, blender, mixer, and popcorn maker to make your stay even more special. The dining area seats 6 at a beautiful wood table.

LIVING AREAS
The living room area seats 6 and is furnished with a large comfy sofa sleeper couch, love seat, and lounge chair and rocking chair for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living room also has a 50" digital smart TV that you can use to either watch cable or login to your own Hulu or Netflix accounts, that way you can indulge in a nightly binge of your current favorite show after a day in the waves. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

Both bathrooms are en-suite in the bedrooms, both with a large custom tiled walk-in shower.

SLEEPING
B215 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have smart TVs

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building.
-A Pack-N-Play Travel Crib and highchair are provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Additional Kitchen extras include a Keurig, coffee station, and popcorn maker
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-B215 is a corner condo - which means lots of windows and natural light - and has one of the more spacious layouts of the two-bedroom condos.
-B215 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).

LOCAL AREA / COMPLEX AMENITIES
North Coast Village is filled with lush tropical gardens, featuring beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub. The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.

Step outside to explore the charm of Oceanside. North Coast Village is within walking distance of the historic Oceanside Pier and the vibrant Oceanside Harbor. Each offers a unique slice of coastal living, from fine dining and boutique shopping to exciting activities like jet skiing, kayaking, and whale-watching boat excursions. Leave your car securely parked in our underground garage and enjoy the ease of walking to these local attractions.

**PLEASE NOTE there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell, we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Nice condo for the family
The property was as described. The coaster train didn't bother us and our 3 kids slept through the night. The king size mattress sagged, but wasn't terrible. Location was great. We could walk to the harbor, the pier, the beach, and restaurants without our 4 year old complaining it was too far. We checked in after hours and didn't have a problem finding the patrol office. The pool was heated decently warm. I would have no problem staying there again.
