Set to one side of this space, and accessible to the kitchen through a butler’s pantry, is the formal dining space where homestyle seating for six is surrounded by panoramic forest views. Step through a set of nearby deck door, and you’re soaking in the natural stillness from a wide wooden deck.


Along with a full laundry and full bath, the first story hosts the opulent master suite, where wide windows coax in natural light and a spacious king size bed anchors a space with tall ceilings, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and spa like en suite with jacuzzi soaking tub and cavernous walk-in shower.


The remaining guest rooms can be found atop a set of stairs illuminated by tall windows and skylights. In one, coastal Caribbean flair informs a sanctuary with king size bed and wide windows. In the other, a queen size bed and sleeper sofa offer respite in a full resort-style space with flat-screen TV and kitchenette boasting minifridge, sink and microwave. These two guest rooms share access to a spacious private bath with walk-in shower.


Step outside and you’re greeted by the bucolic tranquility of the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. The community pool is within walking distance for you to swim and relax on the pool deck. Take a few steps beyond that, however, and you’re in an ideal location for enjoying the best the island has to offer.
