It was a lovely home, it was amazing to each have our own room with a bathroom! The pool deck area was so nice to gather outside with nice seating and the pool was a great plus! Kitchen was nice to have for breakfast and we loved the living room and kitchen area to gather together! Communication with host was very responsive and was very helpful. I would highly recommend this house.

This was the perfect house for our family. Awesome pool, beautiful house, great location. This house has everything you need and more. Would definitely book again and probably will. Very smooth booking and communication with Kay was great. 10 out of 10 We loved it here

Gorgeous property- perfect for a family!

My family and my sister's family spent a wonderful week at this gorgeous property. The property is spacious and had a perfect layout. Every bedroom having an en suite bathroom was an amenity we will never be able to live without again! Fantastic property, well maintained, well decorated and perfectly located.

Our group of 8 loved it here. It is very private and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had their own bathroom which was perfect. There is a nice big open dining/ living room. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach. The beach was an easy bike ride-we did drive a couple of days mostly just to drop off all of our beach stuff. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

9 of us went to HH for the week to celebrate my parents’ 50th. We had a great stay at this property. The location is perfect for the kids (3 under 10) and you can easily get to restaurants, beach, grocery, etc…I highly recommend. The five bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a hit and pretty necessary in the summer heat.

Sea Pines

The property was just as advertised. It was very nice and was well stocked, and was perfect for our group. The house was at the end of a cul-de-sac and was very quiet with no traffic. We would definitely consider booking it again.

Great week!

This house was perfect for our family of 5 plus three more. There was plenty of space. The pool was great after long days at the beach. It’s about 1.2 miles to where we went to the beach (away from the public beach) which was fine for us since we love to bike. We biked there everyday.

Great family get-away!

This was an excellent home-base for our trip. The layout and seating areas were spacious enough to accommodate our family of 8 comfortably. Everyone loved having their own bedrooms AND their own bathrooms (very important with teenagers!). Renting and biking around the beautiful Sea Pines grounds was one of the highlights of the trip, along with the opportunity to jump into our private backyard pool each afternoon. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean. And we were thrilled to have an extra table in the main area for puzzles 😊 We noticed an issue with the pool the first day and the owner was easy to teach and quick to resolve the concern. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location, great house!

We had a group of 8 staying here, ages 20-70+. This house works great for a predominantly adult group although there is a room with three beds that could work nicely for a "kid room." Each bedroom has its own private bath plus there was a hall bath. The kitchen has everything you need, and the location was super. We either drove to Sea Pines Beach Club or rode bikes. Even though we were in a vacation home neighborhood, the spot was relatively quiet, and we really enjoyed having the pool. Please note that on Hilton Head (at least in this area), you will not be right on the beach--which was our experience in other areas in the past. However, Hilton Head Island has its own unique charms. I would definitely rent this house again if I had a large group of predominantly adults. Some of us had to do a little work during the trip, and the layout of the house made it very comfortable to have privacy and still have space to socialize. My one quibble is that, if this were my house, I'd have a bigger table or at least a table on the pool deck as an additional eating area. We were able to make due with the existing table plus the bar stools, but it would be nice to have room for all around the same table. Overall, I heartily recommend this house!

Summer 2023

Check in was not a pleasant experience. There was supposed to be a 4 digit code on our paperwork to access the home and it was missing. We called and texted the owners several times with no response standing in the heat for over 45 minutes. When the owner did call us back he dismissed our concerns dispite the access code was not on the paperwork we received. No apologies whatsoever. The pool looks nothing like the photos on the website…. it looked dirty( dark areas all over the bottom) and the paint is all chipped….the pool furniture’s legs were all rusted at the bottom and one of our grandkids cut their foot on it. The house itself was nice and the layout was really great. Missing items in the kitchen…..handheld mixer & mixing bowls. Had 3 nice bikes that you could use. No information letting you know where or how to access the beach….figured it out on our own….located the beach shuttle. Sea Pines is a beautiful area and has amazing bike trails.

Family time in Sea Pines

This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Plus a pool that we used a lot during a warm July week. The location was ideal as well. Communication with the owner was very good.
