The house is super cute! There was everything to make your stay comfortable, from nice linens and toiletries to lots of dishes, coffee, even chilled glasses in the freezer! We will definitely stay here next year, if our friends don’t get it first.

Greenville getaway

We stayed here for 3 night with our two dogs. The house was very well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, they even supplied k-cup for your morning coffee. Looking forward to staying here again for longer.

Perfect for families!

Home was well appointed with unexpected extras like filtered water in the refrigerator and ample coffee supplies. Location was great and close to downtown. The kids really enjoyed the extra touches, like the hand towels that were folded into swans. Most importantly, the beds werw all very comfortable.

Wonderful stay

This home is lovely. Cozy TV room, spacious dining room and large kitchen! This home is pet friendly, and we brought our dogs. The backyard is totally fenced in which provided a secure place for them to be. We had a wonderful time.

Very comfortable and cozy a great place to land at the end of day. It is well maintained and had everything we needed we where absolutely thrilled when they kindly agreed to extend our stay an extra night. However they could use a few extra clocks (living room, bedroom) lol.

We loved the location near the Brethrens Home to visit a family member. The home is updated and comfortable with parking in front just steps from front door. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and pantry even had some basics like coffee, sugar, tea and oils which was unexpected. Every room was decorated so nicely and the whole house just felt clean and homey. There’s one bedroom down and the other two up. The steps leading upstairs are very steep and narrow footing but it’s well lit and has a sturdy handrail. Those with any type of mobility might struggle going up and down the stairs though. But overall I was very happy with the home and thrilled that our dog could join us on the trip!

This little humble abode was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and spacious. They provided everything (including a pack and play + highchair 🙌🏻) and if we needed anything else we could easy text the owner and his timely responses were appreciated! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful rental home in great location that is pet-friendly

Exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed - many thoughtful details like plenty of towels and chilled glasses in the freezer. Also, quite rare for Greenville, pets are welcomed. The property is designed with pet-owners in mind - attractive but durable flooring and a secure fenced yard. Quiet neighborhood and great location - easy walking distance to the Darke County Fairgrounds, Wayne Hospital and the Brethren Retirement Community. Would absolutely stay here again and in fact have already booked a reservation for a return trip!
