Oasis on the 9th is a custom 3,019 sq foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Please note that this custom home comes with a private pool and does not have access to The Ledges community pools or hot tubs.

This luxurious home is furnished with top-of-the-line upgrades, including large flat-screen Smart HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan is designed to accommodate golf groups and families, providing a comfortable and contemporary atmosphere. Whether you want to relax in the stylish bedrooms, enjoy the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the living room, this home offers a variety of spaces for your enjoyment.

For added entertainment, the garage has been transformed into an entertaining area with multiple arcade games, a ping pong table, foosball table, and a TV with its own seating area. If you prefer to use the garage for parking, the seating area chairs can be easily moved to the side.

Located in The Ledges of St. George, this area is a paradise for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. A short drive will take you to various hiking, biking, and ATV trails. The region is renowned for its world-class rock climbing and rappelling opportunities, offering stunning views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

Bucket List Annual Guys Golf Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: oasis on the 9th is an amazing property to stay at. The layout of the home is perfect for entertaining and having a bunch of people stay. The location is pretty good for trips to and from golf courses located within a 30 min radius. Only thing I would suggest is bringing your own big garbage bags as there is a limited amount in the home, again not a deal breaker at all. Also dealing with the staff through text or phone call was very seamless and they were quick on responding

Guys golf trip dream

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3 annual dad’s golf trip was an incredible success. There were 8 of us and the accommodations were more than satisfactory. Literally the only 2 things I would improve would be to add a keurig coffee maker and add some better and larger array of cooking utensils.
