Positives: awesome location with newly renovated space, nicely equipped kitchen, great natural light. Drawbacks: multiple areas were missed by cleaners, smell of pot/vape from another area in the building, dog barking in another area in the building.

This property was the perfect for my daughter and I to enjoy the Berkshires. Property was close to shops and restaurants and had a spot for us to park our car close by. Loved the decor and all the furniture was really comfortable. Would stay here again!

Our multi-night stay at 17 Housatonic Street in Lenox was WONDERFUL! It's as listed .. no better: spacious, light, comfortable, conveniently located and quiet. The bed & pillows were super comfortable, the shower delightful, the tv's both great, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a great stove, refridgerator and all the cups, glasses and utensils one could need. And John is the perfect host, helpful and prompt with reaponses to any questions. Highly, highly recommend! Tom
