Disliked: Check-in, communication
Great location, but I would NEVER stay there again. Property manager did not email me until 11am the day of checkin with any information about our stay, did not respond to multiple emails, a text message and phone call. Their phone is only answered during “business hours,” which apparently does not include 9am on a weekday. When I made the reservation and paid for it, I was told I would receive an email from the property 48 hours before arrival. I had to get VRBO involved and they could not reach them either. We were about to find alternate accommodations when we finally received an email.
