The Space:
Rose Hill by Tiny Away sits in the peaceful town of Neerim South, West Gippsland. The farm stay is only 9 minutes from the town of Jindivick and close to attractions like Brandy Creek Winery, Middels Restaurant, and Civic Park, which is a pet-friendly environment.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence and main shed.

Firewood is available at the local IGA, and firepit use is subject to owner approval due to fire safety and weather conditions.

The Neighborhood:
Rose Hill by Tiny Away is located in Neerim South, West Gippsland, just 9 minutes from Jindivick and close to Civic Park and Middels restaurant. Nearby, you’ll find scenic trails like Rokeby to Neerim Rail Trail and Glen Nayook Reserve, forest adventures in Bunyip State Forest, dining at Brandy Creek Winery, and the tranquil Toorongo Falls Reserve—perfect for long walks, picnics, and nature escapes.

Getting Around:
By car:

- 1 hr drive from Melbourne
- 20 min drive from Noojee
- 15 min drive from Drouin
- 15min drive from Warragul
- 2 min from Neerim South
- 1hr 15 min drive to Mount Baw Baw Village

By public transport:

- VLine train from Melbourne to Warragul
- Bus to Neerim South (closest stop to property as 1.7km away)

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please dispose of your trashes properly when you leave the tiny house
- Do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host's permission
- Keep in mind that we have two large dogs restricted to the house yard that occasionally bark
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.

Important note:

- Please advise that we have electric fences installed on the property
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines so we can help protect the environment
- Please report any damages or breakages inside or outside the property 24 hours before your departure
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
