waterfront lake Simcoe 4season cottage which has perfect view of overlooking of the lake with absolutely clean water is perfect for swimming, with lots of outdoor space and activities, enjoy the cottage with friends or family and enjoy the perfect view of sunset, only 15 mins away from casino, enjoy the fishing in summer, ice skating in winter and all types of water activities on water, it is about an hour to hour and half from GTA, children can enjoy wooden bunk house by the water also,

you can enjoy hot tub and outdoor sauna, ,lots of activities on this property , riding different type of kayak , boarding, game room, with pool table , soccer table, air hockey, fishing, biking ,Ice skating ,kids play room with lots of toy, enjoy the Hight speed internet and Wifi even when you are at the water which allows you to work remotely while enjoying the huge water front view with your friends and family, i will not come or share any spots of the property during your stay

Great owner, A very tidy and lovely home.

We’ve been to many waterfront rental , this is absolutely one of the best one , sina is a great host and communication was done very well Location is great, about 1 1/2 mins for us to get there from GTA , great and clean water , we found many activities for the children specially the unique wooden house by the lake We definitely recommend this place to others, specially family with children

A slice of heaven

The property was clean when we arrived, and there were no issues with any of the items provided I suggest using the sauna and hot tub, and grab some sun on the lake front property You wont be disappointed booking your stay and i would recommend this listing to anyone looking to get away, worth every penny Ron from Hamilton

Cottage was not as offered

No dishwasher despite in listing at time of booking. Knowingly booked our party of 12 when by laws state a maximum of 8 people. No drinkable water (told 2 days before arrival) Water filtration system set to bypass filters but we were told water was still filtered (just don’t drink it). No running water at all for almost 30 hours - advised this was entirely preventable and owner was aware of this Hot tub chemicals completely out of whack. Fridge on main floor kitchen died on day 3 of 7. Listing says 2 fridges. No service, no repair, no replacement, no apologies. I have several other complaints but recognize they might have been a buyer beware situation and we were conned by the pictures and listings.
