Private Hot Tub! LOCATION! Ski in/out on Perfection Run, 5 min walk to village
Our condo at Powder Ridge is conveniently located between the Village Centre and the Perfection ski run, just above Sessions Brew Pub. Perfection takes you to the Plaza Chair, leading to green runs and the Village, as well as the Ridge Rocket Express and Snow Ghost Chairs, leading to all mountain terrain and access to other chairs. Our conveniently located ski locker is located right next to the run; grab your gear, walk 5 steps and pop it on. This is true ski in/ski out access. The Village Centre is a simple 5 minute walk (around the Orange A-Frame next door) and then through the Trapper's Crossing parking lot. Enjoy views of the Monashee mountains tickled with colourful sunsets from the bright kitchen and living/dining room area, with the sun streaming through the floor to ceiling windows throughout the day. This four bedroom plus den condo is perfect for visiting the mountain with families and friends. Please feel free to email me with specific questions about the property.
106 is a corner unit, located on the far side of the Powder Ridge building. With a shared outside entrance area to 206, this is a private and incredibly quiet unit. Rest assured you will have a good sleep. The layout is ideal with visiting areas in the front and bedrooms at the back for those who need to go to sleep earlier or take a well deserved afternoon nap. The unit is all one level and very accessible from the outside parking lot. The two underground parking stalls belonging to 106 are right next to the stairs that lead up to our unit. Simply pull up to the unit from the outside parking lot, unload your bags and groceries and then move your vehicles to the underground stalls and never get in them again until it is time to pack up!
We take pride in our little home away from home and are constantly making improvements. This summer (2019) we freshly painted the entire interior and built a custom live edge bench and extra storage space for all your gear. Get cozy with new and fresh decor to make your stay comfortable, beautiful and most importantly memorable.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, including a slow cooker and a large electric frying pan ideal for big breakfasts. The spacious dining room table seats 6 or 8 with two extra chairs located in the bedrooms. Pull over the two wicker ottomans/stools if you need to squeeze a couple more in. There are 4 bar stools lining the kitchen counter, otherwise known as the kids table. Enjoy visiting on the large sectional couch or taking in a quiet movie with the limitless channels we are provided with at Big White. Move the kids into the den to enjoy a quiet TV show after a long day of skiing and eating to enjoy the same channels, including dozens of movie channels and channels tailored for children. Oh and don't forget about your own private hot tub right outside the dining room door which is professionally maintained 3 times per week for your comfort and enjoyment.
The unit has two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and one with a large walk in shower. In addition, two of the bedrooms boast European style vanities; a sink area and large mirror with storage for toiletries below. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Each bedroom and bathroom provides ample wooden hooks for your clothing and towels, and each bedroom has a larger cupboard/dresser for your clothing and personal items. Wooden hangers are provided in the unit if needed.
SUMMER at Big White, primarily known for its Bike Big White trail system and events as well as alpine hiking is growing rapidly. Each year, several new trails and events are coming to Big White and they are knocking it out of the park with the family oriented set up. Check out the free pump track for the younger kids and the skill building area. Daily/weekly Summer Camps for children are also provided. The hot tub IS available during the Spring/Summer season. Please search summer big white for more up to date information. Big White provides a valet/safe storage service for bikes at $10 per night. Please let me know if you have any questions.

We are a professional couple with two young children and we absolutely love spending time outdoors. We live in Victoria, BC; we enjoy spending time with friends and family, enjoying great food and all adventures in nature.
Why they chose this property
We absolutely love Big White for its' family friendly vibe and of course the 'champagne powder'. We wanted a place that was close to the village with easy access to the runs and that provided us with enough room to entertain family and friends.
What makes this property unique
We absolutely love the basically private entrance, with only a step or two to negotiate, and the stunning views of the monashee mountains from the living areas. The den area provides a nice extra space for children to watch a movie on their own and the location of the bedrooms allows for peaceful, uninterrupted sleep which is always nice with young children.
