You'll find decks on both sides of the house, so there's always a wind protected spot to enjoy the outdoors. Just a 5 minute walk, and you'll be snuggling your toes in the sand and splashing in the waves.

Perfect for 2 couples, this home has two bedrooms and two baths on separate floors. On the first floor you'll find the laundry room with full size washer & dryer. There is also a queen bedroom that has a 40 inch flat screen TV and an attached bath with shower bathtub combo. Upstairs is another queen bedroom also with it's own TV and a large walk in closet which connects you to the main floor bathroom with step in shower. The living room & dining room are one large room, with a deck off both sides of the room, so you always have a wind protected spot, to enjoy the outdoors. The home includes a wood stove, has an entire wall of windows, is bright and filled comfortable leather furniture.

The kitchen is right off the dining room with easy access to the deck for outside dining. The chef will have plenty of space to spread out and prep a delicious meal for your group - the kitchen is well-stocked with all the pots and pans necessary as well as a dishwasher and electric glass top range for your cooking needs!

There is 2 car attached garage, a large paved parking area, and a great grassy fenced yard, so you can send the children or your furry friends outside to play. For a peaceful retreat at the beach with a small group, this lovely house offers a unique setting you are sure to remember.
