We enjoyed our visit here, quick trip to get to beach and adorable little market within walking distance. Very quiet location to enjoy a peaceful stay.
We came for the 4th of July which we do every year, this is our first time staying in Copalis, it was perfect! Short walk to the beach, which is where we love to spend our time! We will be looking forward to coming back!
Great location! Very short walk to beach and short drive to other areas. Clean and well maintained house. Only suggestion, would be a hose or water spout to wash off sand outside.
Other than needing a hose to wash off this place was great! Good location close to beach and enough space. No TV without knowing owners pin, found lots of garbage in the cushions, otherwise clean. Thanks for the stay.

It was an okay place, the picture looks better than reality. We stayed there 8 days, and the housekeeping supplies were minimal. 3 dishwasher pods and ran out of toilet paper after 6 days. On the 5th day, we noticed sugar ants throughout the kitchen area, and when we contacted the leasing company, the team placed ant traps throughout the kitchen.

We are glad the guest had a nice time. We appreciate the feedback.
At first we were a little taken back by the location and surrounding homes, but then realized they are vacation homes and nobody is there often. The neighborhood looks sketchy but is not the case at all! The inside of the house is exactly the pictures from the site! It’s quiet and had no issues what so ever! Lots of Vrbo houses in that area!

Clean House
Overall nice place. Wi-Fi was not working most of stay. Management helpful but it kept going out.
The house was great. You get the bottom half and it has 2 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom. The kitchen was the nicest stocked kitchen that we have stayed in. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach or a10 minute drive to the drive in part of the beach in Ocean Shores. Would go again!
The only thing that brought the stay down from 5 stars was the initial contact with the property management company. Not the owners but the property management company.

The interior of the property was clean and generally as described, but everything else was a disappointment. Landscaping had not been done in what looked like months—knee-high weeds and blackberry/sticker bushes grew into the entryway, which we had to clear and tuck away ourselves. The exterior was completely unusable, with no space where we could even set up chairs to sit outside and relax. The listing photos in no way reflected the actual condition of the property.Inside, while tidy, in one room the sheets were extremely rough and uncomfortable, and the blankets in that closet were stained and smelled bad.The cottage definitely has awesome potential. Ownership needs to stay in tune with the exterior. It looks abandoned because of lack of maintenance. Overall, the lack of upkeep and misrepresentation made this stay frustrating and far below expectations.

Small, modest cottage that is priced accordingly and does have what you need, close to the beach. We do disagree with the guest's feedback.

Not the Best
Disappointed......Was not very impressed with this house. The neighborhood was a dump. Broke down truck across the street with the windows smashed out. House needs new mattresses they were all hard as a rock. Window shades are 20 plus years old and falling off. It is about a 15 minute walk to beach access. Screens on windows are trashed. Couch and cushions were not cleaned and have hair and garbage in between and on cushions. Light switches turned off smoke detectors. Lots of things need to be updated ,fixed and addressed. Advertisements need to reflect the actual condition of house and neighborhood. We did make the best of it and did have a nice time though. Weather was perfect!

So sorry the guest did not have a good time. We do disagree with the guest's feedback.

Cute downstairs abode. Everything was clean, lots of towels available.
Nice 10 minute walk to a lovely and uncrowded beach. Much nicer than the popular beach in Ocean Shores! You can also drive down the road to park next to the foot bridge that takes you to the beach if you don't want to do the whole walk. Small grocer nearby as well, and they actually had a pretty good selection of items! Not too far from Ocean Shores shops, activities, and restaurants.
