Fantastic property

We felt so at home here. The house was gorgeous and well cared for- even better in person than the pictures. Tess was so kind and communicative leading up to the trip. She set us up with groceries and even luxe items when we arrived. We expected to get in really late and she helped us so that we could have things for our kids in the morning, but my guess is that she does this for all guests to help them feel comfortable. She is really kind. We have three kids and she left plenty of supplies for our littles while we were there. The location is great- we spent time near the water in Campbell river and also drive to some nearby parks/hike spots. Grocery stores and shopping very convenient. Beds and baths were great. We loved sitting in the backyard and enjoying the patio. Everything was top notch and I wish all homes were this well taken care of. Thank you so much Tess!

Outstanding Vacation Home

Had a wonderful 6 night stay at this property with my family of 4 (including young children). The house had everything we needed to make the rental feel like home. We very comfortable and will be booking again the next time we are in town. Tess was an awesome host, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Incredible stay!

Location was great in Campbell River. Close to everything by car and also right next to loads of trails in the forested area just down the street from the house (went there multiple times) House was excellent. Clean! (Even my clean-tastic wife approved!!) Everything was well maintained. Great amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. Didn’t cook much but it seemed like it have everything. Air conditioning worked well. There were five in our party and there was a spot for everyone. Washer/dryer was great. Beach towels were super handy. We loved the backyard. Patio off the kitchen was a fun place to unwind at the end of the day. Well maintained yard. Owner was very responsive…almost immediate responses to our questions. We can’t wait to go back.

A wonderful stay

Tess's place is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. It feels very spacious for a bungalow, and we really felt "at home." The beds are comfy, kitchen has all the equipment you need, the towels are plush, the bathrooms have soaps/shampoos, the wifi is good, and the neighbourhood is quiet. The house is centrally located, with great amenities close by (swimming, ice skating, nature walks), and a short drive to all groceries, the beach, etc. Tess was attentive and proactive. We made a mistaken in our booking, and she was a patient and helpful in helping us fix it with VRBO. She spoiled us with a beautiful and bountiful fruit basket at our arrival. So nice to have fresh produce on hand, and sparkling water in the fridge. Lots of nice little touches like this. She was lovely and pleasant to work/deal with! We will be back :)
