This upscale home offers a luxurious retreat with a private, enclosed swimming pool, where a new heater can be added for a fee. Perfect for up to 6 guests, the home is ideally located for beachgoers and vacationers alike.

Security: Security camera outside looking out to the driveway (For added peace of mind, we’ve installed a pool door alarm as an extra layer of safety.)

Additional Details:
- Garage: Fits one small vehicle right side only (height restriction of 5’11”).
- Pool Heat: Available for an additional fee
- No smoking/vaping on the property except in designated areas (outside the pool area away from open doors/windows going into the home)
- Dogs okay as long as no aggressive breeds, barkers, or chewers. Check with us prior to booking.
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool.

This property is available for one rental per 30-day period in accordance with Sarasota County regulations. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about how this may apply to your requested dates.
All pets must be approved so reach out to us first. This property allows small/medium well-behaved dogs. For approved pets, there is an a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 plus taxes and processing fee per pet. Make sure to pick up after your dogs.
