This condo is a 2 BR, 2 bath, ground floor, corner unit with a private entrance in a small, gated community with 20 units. The space offers 10ft ceilings, mini-split AC in every room (except washrooms) and ceiling fans in the bedrooms to keep you cool and comfortable. Sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 beds. There are people from all over the world within the complex, many from Canada, Europe and the US.
What makes this property unique
The neighbourhood is close to restaurants and nightlife and yet, is quiet within the complex. Restaurants include Mediterranean, Mexican, Indian, Chinese, steakhouse, bakeries, to name a few. There are also several convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance. The local policia, doctor's offices and a gym are also just around the corner. And the coffee...oh the coffee.
