Ti’Case is a small traditional Creole villa facing Robert's Bay and its small islets. It has a pretty garden lined with tropical flowers such as ibiscus, ixora, frangipani, but also limes, mango, avocado ...
A gallery surrounds the house on two sides and allows you to take advantage of the trade winds while tasting our famous West Indian cocktails. The house is mainly decorated with old Creole furniture, particularly one of the bedrooms with a mahogany column bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds that come together into a double bed. In the living room, a sofa can be used as an extra bed.
The villa is in a private residence, 4kms from a small wild beach, Coco Cove, on the way of which are two kayak rental clubs. At the end of this road, two restaurants, where you can dine by reservation.
Pointe Royale is located halfway between the villages of Robert and François where you will find local market, fishmongers, but also supermarkets. In the nearby marina you can join a group to explore the islets or hire your own boat.
On arrival you will be greeted by Sophie who will answer all your questions during your stay.

An idyllic spot, highly recommended

We couldn't have been happier with our choice of Ti'Case for our visit to Martinique. The villa itself is lovely and tastefully decorated, and its setting is extraordinary, with views of the bay and the ocean beyond. It's set among other homes of similar style in a quiet neighborhood well outside the town of Le Robert. The undulating grounds are full of flowering plants and beautifully and cleverly landscaped to ensure a feeling of privacy. The pool, which we enjoyed every day of our stay, was a great advantage, and a great pleasure. Like everything at Ti'Case, it was very well cared for and immaculate. The villa was furnished with all we needed for a comfortable stay of three weeks. The kitchen and bath were both well equipped, and there was always plenty of hot water for showers, even when we two were joined for the last week by three additional family members. The location, between Pointe Royale and Pointe Hyacinthe, is convenient to all parts of Martinique. We visited the south (Sainte Anne), the east (Les Trois Islets), the northwest coast (following the coastal road up to Grande Riviere), and, closer to home, the lovely Caravelle peninsula, where, in addition to a marvelous national park, there are several wonderful beaches, all within 30 minutes' drive of the villa. If you don't want to spend lots of time driving to more distant places, the Caravelle, and the area of Le Robert itself have much to offer. We spent a wonderful day visiting the delightful Ile Chancel, one of the Petits Ilets in the Baie de Robert in the company of M. Michel Bally, whose family has owned the island since 1911. We also became familiar with some very local spots: a few minutes from the villa is a good bakery (boulangerie et patisserie) staffed by some lovely friendly people. Dining at Le Corail was especially good. But we also greatly enjoyed pizza with the family at Kasa on the road to the villa. Shopping at Euro Marche, as well as at the markets in Le Francois, was pleasant and convenient, as was buying fish on the waterfront in Le Robert. Most of all, we felt that reading, eating, and relaxing together on the verandah of Ti'Case, surrounded by flowers and hummingbirds, with the sea in view and the sun shining, was the absolute high point of our visit to Martinique. It was our first stay on the island, and one that has made us fall in love with this extraordinary and beautiful place. We miss it already and look forward to returning. Ann and Tom

Vacances au calme

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce logement. Les lieux sont impeccables. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine. L'emplacement est tres bien situé entre le nord et le sud. Nous avons passés 8 jours fantastiques dans cette superbe villa qui est située au calme et dans un écrin de verdure. Le jardin est magnifique. La villa est très bien équipée et Jacky et Sabine sont au top: très à l'écoute, de bon conseil et ils nous ont été d'une grande aide lors de notre petite mésaventure (panne de voiture). Merci à vous. Très belle maison typique bien aménagée Oula en si sent bien

Nous vous passe 15 jours dans la maison très bien équipée surtout la cuisine ou l on ni trouve tout pour prépare de bon repas . Les chambres sont confortables avec la clim. La piscine et le jardin splendide . Merci a Jackie pour ces conseils et accueil nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Même si la maison est moins en zone dit touristique , nous avons apprécié le calme des lieux et finalement nous étions a 30 45 min de toutes activités. Merci pour ce séjour.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, rien ne manque. La maison est spacieuse, la terrasse très utile et le jardin très bien entretenu. Le petit bain dans la piscine en fin de journée est très appréciable. La climatisation dans les chambres pour rafraîchir la pièce avant le couché est un vrai confort. Notre hôte très disponible et réactive. Si l’emplacement est un peu exentrer pour rejoindre les belles plages du sud, il permet de séjourner dans un lieu très tranquille et la vue est magnifique.

Maison+jardin+ piscine très agréable. Il y a juste le côté propreté de la maison très limite, le lit adulte,certes typique,mais petit et désagréable et les ustensiles de cuisine très limite. La gérante de la location s'attache à vous dire de ne pas abîmer les chaises du 18ème, que si vous avez des questions generale sur la maison,de regarder sur le livre expliquatif,que si il n'y a pas de réponses dans la notice de lui envoyer un SMS,mais surtout de ne pas l'appeler....ce qui est assez moyen. Sinon le jardin et la terrasse sont super agreable.

Beautiful villa, quiet, comfortable, and very well located

Our second stay at this lovely villa in Le Robert was as delightful as the first. We spent a wonderful month enjoying the setting - the beautifully landscaped garden, the private pool, the picturesque views, the wonderful warm and breezy weather - and the pretty and well-equipped villa itself. We found the location convenient for touring all of Martinique, and at the same time a peaceful spot away from the most intensely touristic places. We particularly enjoyed visiting the beaches in Trinite and exploring the lush mountainous north of the island. We are so glad we returned, and we highly recommend this special place. L’accueil chaleureux de Sophie nous a permis tout de suite de nous sentir un peu comme chez nous. Meme si nous connaissons bien la Martinique, les conseils / bonnes addresses étaient très utiles et l’on sent vraiment que tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour: la maison est tres bien équipée et dispose de beaucoup de rangements. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse au vent, la grande piscine tres agréable en journée ainsi que le jardin entretenu avec soin et ses arbres fruitiers (avocats, mangues...). Un cadre idéal pour (re) découvrir la Martinique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Villa très fonctionnelle sans vis à vis, magnifique vue, très beau jardin, bien entretenu. La douceur de vivre y est sans aucun doute ; on ne se lasse pas de la vue depuis la terrasse, notamment à l'aube. Accueil attentionné par Mme Sophie H. ; état des lieux de la même veine. Villa bien située sur les hauteurs (voiture indispensable ++), bien équipée. La rocaille est une réussite, surtout la nuit. Pelouse tondue et piscine nettoyée avant l'arrivée et ce serait parfait. Cela étant, on y reviendrait sans hésiter.

Traumhafter Urlaub in der Creole Villa....

Wir sind eine Familie die jedes Jahr auf einem anderen schönen Fleck Urlaub macht. Dieses Haus war eines der besten, welches wir bis heute gebucht haben. Der Empfang von Sophie war sehr herzlich!!! Ein traumhafter Pool, wenn es Nacht war, genüsslich zu schwimmen, mit einem romantisch toll beleuchteten Naturfelsen und den schönen Blumen dazwischen. Für unsere zwei Kinder war die Hängematte so richtig zum chillen, konnten dabei die Kolibris beobachten. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, ist man hier am richtigen Ort, abseits vom Massentourismus. Gemütlich auch ein Buch im schönen, herrlichen Garten lesenl Haben abends nach einem tollen Ausflug meistens gegrillt....... und anschließend in den gemütlichen Stühlen auf der Terrasse bei Kerzenlicht den Rum genossen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.............es war einfach traumhaft schön! Wir können mit gutem Gewissen dieses Domizil wirklich weiterempfehlen. Danke an die Vermieterin und Vermieter!!

un séjour idyllique

superbe location, bien ventilée dans un lotissement calme avec une belle vue sur la mer, la maison est bien équipée avec une piscine que l'on apprécie après une journée de découverte de l'île ainsi qu' un bel aménagement extérieur avec ses plantations mises en valeur le soir grâce aux lumières. On a qu'une hâte c'est d'y revenir.

Location tout à fait fidèle à la description, merci à Sophie pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. La maison est très propre, la piscine parfaite sans vis à vis. Le quartier est très calme, bref notre séjour a été au top. Pour les prochains locataires, n'oubliez pas le pain pour les petits oiseaux, ils sont voraces!!!
