This split-level home features covered outdoor stairs, so you’ll enjoy the fresh ocean breeze as you move between floors. TIP: Pack a pair of slip-on sandals for easy foot coverage and comfort! The home’s great room is on the upper level, giving you unobstructed views to the Pacific through large windows or from the wraparound deck. A Natuzzi leather sectional and chairs cluster around the wall-mounted 55” TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and Apple Airplay; gather there or at the gleaming granite breakfast bar beside the open, fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Even the dining room has ocean views through floor-to-ceiling glass. A spacious upstairs king suite has an adjustable mattress and room-darkening shades for luxurious sleeping in and a spa-like bath with a large glassed walk-in shower. A queen bedroom and all the other bedrooms have the same blackout shades for excellent sleep.

The downstairs, reached from a separate entry, has a bonus room and kitchenette, perfect for your friends or family to enjoy a separate space. Leather sofas and a 55” TV are supplemented by a small dining table. A double laundry adjoins the kitchen area. Great location, great views, clean house. The hot tub was cold/not working for the first 24 hours, the manager responded promptly and sent a technician out. The coffee maker seemed broken and in pieces but we were able to put it together enough to work for us. No dishwasher or laundry detergent (we were supposed to run a load before leaving), so bring your own. Still had a great weekend despite the minor setbacks!

Perfect girls’ weekend

Perfect for four busy friends who needed a getaway — the hot tub and view were so restorative! We wished for a little more gear in the kitchen (a few mixing bowls and baking dishes would be great, though there are plenty of pots, pans, and cookie sheets). We’re definitely making staying here a regular thing!

Traditional Sept Coast Family gathering

Overall property very clean and worked well for our group of 10 spanning three generations…. Couple minors issues hosts should address: The upper level fridge had a shelf unit and crisper drawer that are damaged and need replacement. Also there were no beach/ hot tub towels that have been available at every other beach house we have rented over many years..

Great property on the beach

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property on the beach. The view of the ocean was spectacular, and the short walk to the beach was delightful. The bedrooms and all the living spaces all the amenities were excellent. A couple of issues we had with this place though. 1. For those of us who stayed in the first floor bedrooms, we could hear all the creaking sounds on the floor upstairs as people were walking. 2. It would have been good to know that the only way the first floor and the 2nd floor were connected was through an exterior stairs. Having to go outside to go up or down when it was wet and cold outside was no fun. 3. Finally, it would have been nice to know in advanced that the hot tub was not working. It was one of the reasons we picked this property because our kids were excited to play in one.
