Relax and unwind in the majestic nature of the Ozarks, surrounded by the vibrant culture of Branson. This thoughtfully designed and meticulously kept condo is your quiet sanctuary between adventure-filled days exploring all the area has to offer. 

The unit’s open living space is filled with natural light from wide windows and sliding glass doors which lead to a ground level patio and grassy area. Seamlessly transition your stay from lounging indoors to enjoying the outdoors as your living room opens to outdoor seating and dining space.

Back inside, the living space includes a main dining area which seats 6, a queen size sofa sleeper, an electric fireplace, and smart TV. In addition to the primary suite’s private bathroom, a second full bathroom with shower is accessible from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and enjoy meals made at home. Additional appliances such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are available for your convenience.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and the pullout bed in the living room. Each space is well furnished with cozy wooden furniture and soft linens for sound nights of sleep between days of exploring.

- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart TV, and closet storage.
- Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- This is a walk-down unit.
- A sofa-sleeper for 2 is provided in the living area. 
- A washer/dryer is included. 
- Parking is available onsite. 
- Use of pools are not permitted at this resort. "Owner use only."

The home is less than 10 miles from historic downtown Branson, a hub of family-oriented tourism and entertainment. From live music festivals to eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and fascinating wineries, there is something for everybody. Premier attractions include Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.   The best way to explore the area is by walking, hopping on a bike, or climbing onto the free downtown trolley. 

Additionally, you’ll be staying 10-15 minutes from some of the area’s top nature attractions including Table Rock Lake and the White River Balds Natural Preserve. The stunning Table Rock Lake is known for world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and its inviting family atmosphere. At the 362-acre nature preserve, enjoy rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes.
