This classy, yet farmhouse adorned condo is located in the prestigious gated secure community of Pointe Royal Resort and Golf Club. Only minutes to all Branson Shows, Shopping, Branson Landing and Activities that Branson has to offer.

KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING ROOM
The large kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances along with being fully stocked to cook up a family meal or quick breakfast. New granite counter tops along with a coffee bar, with kuerig, is supplied for your convenience. Starter Kuerig K-Cups are provided.
Open Concept kitchen to living room and dining room area. Dining seating for four very comfortably with 2 extra bar stools at the large granite island (additional card table/4 folding chairs located in laundry room). The living room is adjacent with a queen pull out sofa for the children or extra guests in your adventure. A 50" Flat Screen Tv and free WIFI. Large slider door off Living Room to a wonderful patio to watch the kids playing in the pool or at the playground. A full Laundry room is right off of kitchen.

1st KING BEDROOM SUITE
The 1st King Bedroom features luxury linens and pillow top mattress to sleep the night away. This bedroom has a touch of rustic flair with a shiplap floor to ceiling headboard wall. Flat screen TV to watch your favorite show. You have access to the bath with tub/shower combo, with granite vanity and quick dry towels. All linens are provided. The bath is also accessible from the main living area.

2nd KING BEDROOM SUITE
The 2nd King Bedroom is a complete Master Suite with private bath with double sinks and tub/shower combo with ADA ht toilet. A massive high king 4 poster bed will make you feel like the queen or king of your castle. Complete access to the patio to take in that early cup of coffee before the rest of the family awakes. Flat screen TV along with DVD player provided.

Nice place!

Enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for all the kids. I LOVED having a pool right out the backdoor. And the easy access to the back door from our parking spot was an added bonus (instead having to go up and down steps several times a day). We've stayed at Point Royale resort several times and have always left happy!

Cozy, comfortable, and fun! Branson is one of our favorite getaways. Our overall experience was really good! From comfortable beds and couches to an inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Perfect Place for Families

It was a perfect place for us to stay. We could either go down stairs to go in the front door or down a side walk without stairs and go in the back. Our grandson is disabled so this was a really nice feature. The other great thing is that the pool and playground aren’t far from the back door. You can see them both from the back patio. Both bedrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds. Everything is very clean and very nice.

Lovely stay

Fit our needs perfectly. Very very close to the pool. Just beyond the patio. Very clean and comfortable. The days were hot but the condo stay cooled; probably because it was the basement level. Would recommend a small step stool for the master bedroom. I am in my 70’s and had a little trouble because of the height of the bed and I am 5’6”. If I were short it would have been difficult.

Nice condo, very well kept up! Great location, quick and easy to find. Only negatives were no water pressure in the sinks and also the dishwasher. Tried to do laundry and the dryer didn’t get our clothes dry after multiple times.

We were frustrated with the TV. It would be so helpful if you would list what actually works on a smart TV. What can we actually get. It took way too long to find things and we could not even get regular TV which was frustrating

Good place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything we wanted to do was within 10-15 minute drive. Our first night there the hot water did not work but the manager was on it! She made it right with us. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Quite community. If the weather was warmer we would definitely have made use of the outdoor pool right at the condo. There was an indoor pool somewhere on the property but since it wasn’t at the condo, it was not convenient for us. We decided on this place because I thought there was easy access of an indoor pool. Being handicapped, I wanted somewhere that I could walk to the pool with my grandkids and watch them swim. Our 5-yr old did enjoy playing at the park in our back yard.

Fine for us

When you get there you park on the opposite side of building so don’t waste you time looking for unit 6, you just can’t see it. For the price of this older condo we felt like there could have been some coffee filters so we could make coffee. And bring your own toilet paper because they have poor quality roll provided. There were so many chores on the list for us to do when we left it was hard to imagine what the cleaning people were being paid for. We found old crumbs of chips in the basket on the coffee table and what looked like red koolaid on the trim in full view. One bed is so high it came up to my Moms chest and oh she couldn’t get in and out of it so I’m sleeping arrangements had to be just it to that situation. And of course the other bed was not comfortable it was only a mattress with your boxsprings on a wire black frame, cheap. It was a picture of a river on the website that she could walk along we never found that river. In fact all you can do is go in one big circle or you’re in a street where there’s nowhere to walk in the circle basically just goes around the building. This is for golfers who live here.

So I have been blessed by her teaching, to decorate, to create a relaxing and peaceful surrounding that will just envelope you when you enter through our doors. So when you are a guest with us, you are not only seeing a piece of what I love to create for you, but also a piece of my mother's love. We own several vacation properties in Branson and this is our 4th in Pointe Royal for we love how well kept the resort is and all the amenities it provides our guests with. And this will be perfect for the family since there is an outdoor pool and playground just steps away from the patio where you can watch your children or grandchildren play! Or jump in the car and a 1/2 mile away is another outdoor pool or enjoy the year round indoor heated pool. All within a private gated safe community.
