Comfortable, peaceful setting. Gated community great for walks, runs, and rides. Beautiful view of hills and Lake Taneycomo from the back deck. Numerous amenities very close by including golf, outdoor and indoor pools, playground, tennis, fitness room, and fishing.

Conveniently located within 5-15 minutes of many of Branson's best activities and attractions, yet it feels like you're a world away from the busy-ness.

Clean and comfortable accommodations with bathroom, bedroom and living room upgrades just completed this spring with more to come.
We now have a dedicated work station for the times you might need to get a little work done while away on your vacation.

This was the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. Immaculate unit, convenient parking, great access. Quiet community too. We will definitely try to book again next time we visit the area.

I'm Becky and my husband is Tim. We live in OK but love to visit Branson. We've been coming here with our family for a number of years. Now that our children are grown and we're beginning to have grandchildren enter the family, we like coming to Branson even more. Since we enjoy it so much, we've decided to buy our own place to use and to share with you.

We are new to the vacation rental business, but not new to customer service and owning our own business as we have done this all of our lives together. We will do our very best to help your stay in Branson and at The Grand View be as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

Why they chose this property

We love The Grand View largely because of the view from the deck! It's beautiful! You can see the hills and Lake Taneycomo and it is beautifully forested! We also love the look and feel of the condo itself, and we have tried to make it even more appealing with the changes and upgrades that we are introducing. Another thing we really like is the Pointe Royale location and community. It's a lovely, established area with sidewalks, trees, the lake, the gold course, etc. It also boasts many amenities such as the pools, tennis, golf, fishing, etc. that all ages can find something to enjoy. Lastly, we love the location of Pointe Royale. It is close to everything that Branson has to offer, yet it feels like it is out in the country... "kind of the best of both worlds" !

We think and hope you'll love it as much as we do!
