A step above the rest is this beautiful condo which is dressed to impress. You will fall in love the minute you step in and see all that it has to offer. The master suite has a king bed with flat screen tv and spa like bathroom including Jacuzzi tub, upgraded cabinets and double vanity. There is an open living plan with built-in electric fireplace, spacious living and dining areas and a highly functional kitchen with new cabinetry.
The amenities are amazing: indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and clubhouse with kitchen.

Girls trip!

Overall the condo was very nice! It was pretty clean, with the exception of dusty wall decor and bathtub could have been cleaner. The set up was perfect for our group of girls that stayed. The location was great! Super close to everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice spot!

Condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfectly located. Upper floor, so no disturbances from upstairs guests. Convenient parking and only 1 flight of stairs.

Great place to stay

My wife and I was in Branson for the Thanksgiving holiday and stayed here. Randy and Ronda was great and just a text away if needed, The condo was nice and clean, it was also in a great location, easy to get to and close to the strip, we will definitely stay here again while in Branson.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was decorated to perfection and the Christmas tree and decorations were beautiful. Everything was very clean and well organized. The beds were very comfortable after long days of shopping. We loved this condo and will look to stay here again.

Lovely condo

The place was clean, comfortable, and we LOVED the giraffes and other African wildlife decor. The balcony offered lovely views of July 4th fireworks, and the clubhouse pool was fun.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool, balcony, and decor inside the condo. Owners are friendly and helpful. It is a great location. Quiet, but close to everything. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful!

This condo is centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood. It is very nicely decorated and clean. Ronda, the owner, was very informative and gave me all the information I needed. We would highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed. We loved our visit!

Girls weekend

The four of us like to come down to Branson for shopping and shows but like to all stay together rather than a hotel room. This condo is very homey, clean and well located. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is much larger than other condos we have been in which would be nice for families. The beds were comfortable. Everything was great!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo

This condo is beautiful and in a great area. Very close and convenient to find all theater's and restaurants in Branson. We always enjoy our stay at Foothills. The owners are very nice and leave very detailed instructions on everything.

Branson for my Sister's 50th

We had an amazing time in Branson! The condo cleanliness, open concept, pool, and location were spot on! We went to a few shows, shopped, and ate at some great restaurants. The trip did not disappoint and my sister hardly noticed that she turned 50, lol! Thank you:)

One of the BEST Vacation Rentals

This condo is one of the BEST vacation rentals we have ever stayed in!! Beautifully decorated, quiet neighborhood yet is within 5 minutes of the strip, and had every comfort of home. Highly recommend folks check this Branson property out. The pictures don’t do it justice because it is bigger than it looks. Nice!!

Christmas at The Foothills

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was spacious, and the floor plan was great. The décor was unique with fabulous furnishings, and the kitchen was extremely well-stocked with just about anything you might need. The Christmas decorations added a special touch. The Foothills is a great location.

Relaxing Get-A-Way

First impression of condo, tastefully decorated. Loved the Christmas tree and holiday decor. Furniture was in top notch shape and comfortable. Very clean, so happy about that. Time with old friends

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were two couples that have been friends for over 55 years. It was very nice to have our own private bedroom and bath but yet we could come together in the kitchen and the dining area in the living area and we could sit and visit. The place was beautiful. It had everything. The kitchen had everything in it that we needed ,all the pots and pans and the dishes and we made well used of them. We had neighbors all around but it was very quiet and peaceful but yet it was close to places we wanted to go. I would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you so much! Esther Cothern

Perfect VRBO experience

My husband and I have stayed at several VRBOs, and while many have been great, none have come close to being as amazing as "A Step Above the Rest". We stayed there with our three-year-old granddaughter, so that she could stretch her legs between outings, and it couldn't have been better. Everything was beautifully decorated, very clean, and stocked with everything you could need (aside from food, soap, etc.). Ronda, the host, is very communicative and makes sure you have everything you need prior to arriving. I had an issue with my email receiving the info and didn't know until she reached out to check. With her help, we got it sent to a different email, and had the information we needed well before arrival. We will recommend this property to everyone that is looking for somewhere to stay in the Branson area.

We are retirees from Oklahoma. Randy is a small animal veterinarian who owned his own animal clinic for over 30 years. Ronda is an accountant who worked in the oil and gas field before taking over the managing duties at Randy's veterinary office.
We grew up together in a small Oklahoma town and, actually, went to school together from 2nd grade on. We are both proud Oklahoma State University graduates and love anything to do with our state and school.

Why they chose this property

We have vacationed often in Branson over the years and have always rented a condominium to stay in. We believe that Branson is one of the premiere vacation spots in the US and thought, since we are retired, we might be coming more often. We felt we would like to own a condo and make it feel like home. We wanted to provide everything we believe a condo should have to make guests want to come back year after year.
We have rented condos in many resorts in this area but The Foothills is where we wanted to own.

What makes this property unique

This condo is SO convenient to everything. It is located in The Foothills at Thousand Hills Golf Resort which is directly on the yellow route and is located just a couple of blocks south of the 76 Country Blvd. Being on the yellow route allows you to get around without being stuck in the traffic on 76.
The Foothills is quiet and peaceful, yet has wonderful amenities: heated indoor and outdoor pools open all year, hot tub, dry sauna, weight room, and clubhouse with kitchen.
