About this property

2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with all the amenities of home. Condo has recently been updated with fresh paint, new carpet and stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom has a king bed with a 42" flat-screen TV with Chromecast attached. Guest bedroom has a king bed with a 26" flat-screen, wall-mounted TV. Family room has a 50" flat-screen Roku smart TV with a pull-out couch and 2 comfortable recliners. With the open concept layout where the dining table is between the kitchen and living area, every one can be a part of the fun!

Kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops. Condo includes a washer and dryer. The spacious 12' x 13' deck is great for relaxing and overlooks the swimming pool, Thousand Hills golf course, basketball court, shuffleboard area and children's playground. A community bbq grill is also available by the pool. Both stairs and an elevator are available to reach our 3rd floor condo.

Great shopping is located minutes away--including Tanger Outlets and Grande Village Shops. Our condo is just a couple of blocks off the famous 76 Branson Strip which means we're close to the new Aquarium at the Boardwalk and WonderWorks. Our location provides easy access to all the shows and other attractions.

Anniversary Stay

This was the second time we’ve stayed in Dale & Christy’s condo. This visit we were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary. This condo is super clean. Great location to all of Branson’s activities. We will definitely be back.

Wife's birthday weekend celebration.

We were very pleased overall with the property. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the mattress on the beds and I think they were both about the same. They need to be replaced, they were lumpy and really soft.

Loved it

We didn't think about it being like we when we lived in apartments to where you could hear people outside or above you but overall it was a great place to stay. The clealiness was amazing and the condo itself was beautiful. We enjoyed it 100%, we recommend it and will definitely be staying there again when we go back!

Christmas 2023

One of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Very well furnished and maintained. Owners were extremely helpful and responded immediately to any question. Location is central to everything and easy to access. Definitely will look here first on any return to Branson.

Perfect for the occasion!

We had everything we needed, and everything was just as advertised. The elevator was especially convenient, since two of us have mobility issues. The process for checking in and out was easy. The beds were comfortable. The location was great and easy to find. We had no issues with noise. The only thing that could have made our stay any better was if there had been assigned parking, but we only had to park further away on Saturday night. We are very happy with this rental and hope to stay again in the future!

We first came to Branson as newlyweds over 30 years ago and have been coming back ever since. We loved bringing our two sons to Branson over the years and made so many memories here. We dreamed of getting a family condo some day so our family would always have a place to get together. Well, we finally took the leap and loved it so much we bought another condo in 2020 just one floor up! We're excited to share our family condos so that others can create their own memories here.

Why they chose this property

Each time we came to Branson over the years, we'd stay at a hotel on the strip because we liked being close to all the attractions. As our sons grew, we started renting condos so we'd have more space. After staying in several of the Thousand Hills properties, we knew this is the location for us. So close to the strip with great golf course views and lots of room for the entire family. What more could you ask for!
