About this property

2BR Condo @ Thousand Hills! Great views and value! Close to strip! Elevator!

2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with all the amenities of home. Condo has recently been updated with fresh paint, new carpet and stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom has a king bed with a 42" flat-screen smart TV. Guest bedroom has a king bed with a 32" flat-screen smart TV. Family room has a 50" flat-screen Roku smart TV with a pull-out couch and 2 comfortable recliners. With the open concept layout where the dining table is between the kitchen and living area, every one can be a part of the fun!

Kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops. Condo includes a washer and dryer. The spacious 12' x 13' deck is great for relaxing and overlooks the swimming pool, Thousand Hills golf course, basketball court, shuffleboard area and children's playground. Both stairs and an elevator are available to reach our 3rd floor condo.

Great shopping is located minutes away--including Tanger Outlets and Grande Village Shops. Our condo is just a couple of blocks off the famous 76 Branson Strip which means we're close to the new Aquarium at the Boardwalk and WonderWorks. Our location provides easy access to all the shows and other attractions.

We first came to Branson as newlyweds over 30 years ago and have been coming back ever since. We loved bringing our two sons to Branson over the years and made so many memories here. We dreamed of getting a family condo some day so our family would always have a place to get together. Well, we finally took the leap and loved it so much we bought another condo in 2020 just one floor up! We're excited to share our family condos so that others can create their own memories here.

Why they chose this property

Each time we came to Branson over the years, we'd stay at a hotel on the strip because we liked being close to all the attractions. As our sons grew, we started renting condos so we'd have more space. After staying in several of the Thousand Hills properties, we knew this is the location for us. So close to the strip with great golf course views and lots of room for the entire family. What more could you ask for!
