New home in perfect downtown location. Bedrooms are on lower level. Enjoy the day at your favorite attractions and come back to relax while avoiding most of the traffic. No need to search for parking spaces downtown, all within walking distance or a short trolley ride, hours vary. Backyard has privacy fence.

You’ll receive a personalized code to enter unit. Parking for 2 vehicles in driveway and plenty of street parking nearby.

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If there are any questions, we can be reached via message and we will respond within 30 minute minutes

Free trolley pick up is only a block away. Easy to use during busy seasons.

Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with a queen size bed on bottom and a twin on top.
A starter supply of paper products and soaps are provided.
No garage access. Contains fire sprinkler system for your safety. House is also monitored via a commercial fire detection system which will automatically deploy fire department if necessary.
Please use caution with tall items near sprinkler heads. You will be held liable if you accidentally trigger the fire system to engage.
Ring doorbell at front door has video and ability to reach us if you ring the doorbell. House is equipped with a security system, used when vacant. There are NO cameras or recording devices within the home.

The house was spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. Host left snacks and there were also some k-cups and coffee supplies. House is within a comfortable walking distance to Main St and The Landing. We had no issues with our reservation or getting into the house. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again,

What you see on VRBO is exactly what this home looks like. Great use of space - super clean (which is very important to me). It’s a perfect location for so many of the things you would want to do. Easy walking distance to Downtown Branson (about 2 blocks) Walking distance for most to Branson landing or take the free Trolley which is only 1 block away (limited hours) and finally easy and close access To HWY 76 where so many of the restaurants, shows and attraction are) This will be the place we would stay when we come again!

The Whistle Inn is a fantastic place for a family vacation in Branson. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable. The entire home was spotless upon our arrival and check in could not have been easier. Great location

Though situated on the hill, the hike down ti the river was manageable for our family of 5, in July! The home was well outfitted to host our family and provided easy access to all attractions in town with great accessibility to all of the routes. Fantastic place to stay!

Perfect Place for a Branson Stay

This home was new, comfortable, and clean. The owners were communicative but not imposing or difficult. Accessing the home was easy and the instructions for checkout were clear. We have a family tradition of taking our son to Silver Dollar City every year for his birthday, in the past we have stayed at another Vrbo that was a condo, much further from downtown Branson, and at Big Cedar Lodge, which was nice but very expensive and largely lost on a 3 year old. This house was a great size and layout for a family of 3 and the proximity to downtown Branson can't be beat for dining and other errands after a day at the amusement park. I will say don't judge the property by its surroundings - other than a few other new homes, the surround residences are rough. But the house is secure and safe and beautiful, and the price was a good value for what we got. Would definitely recommend and book again next year.

We stayed at the Whistle Stop for our annual girls weekend. The place was centrally located and within walking distance to historic downtown and the trolley stop. The home was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The host left little snacks for our arrival and had travel size ammentities in the bathrooms. Highly recommend this adorable home.

Location was great, away from main strip traffic close to downtown within walking distance. House was extremely clean, which I appreciated because I am a very organized and tidy person. The only negative thing I can say is the water when taking a shower is not very hot almost lukewarm. We had two smoke alarms go off two separate nights, needing batteries chirping all night which I know owners have no control over but it was a very annoying to hear the chirping. Everything else was five star rating through and through.

Why they chose this property

This vacation home is located in an ideal Downtown location. Cleaning is done with extreme detail. Private level parking is a plus in Downtown Branson. Decorated for holidays. We do have addition parking for "larger vehicles" offsite, a half block from the home, viewable from the upper deck.
