Cozy home very clean and well stocked with everything needed, I really loved that all the rooms had their own bathrooms, what a plus! The home was near everything especially the routes that take you away from all the traffic. I loved the area very up scale indeed, We would most likely book again.

Birthday Get Away

Share by 4 couples on my birthday get away weekend trip. Place was nice, location was nice as well. Stores and restaurants were close by. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

Nice home in a great location.Had a hard time getting a hold of management for the door code but after calling Vrbo I finally received the code for entry.Home listed it had iron and ironing board but could not find it unless it was hidden very well.Not that big of a deal but would have been nice to have had one.Over all a very nice home!

Very nice property. Perfect for 4 couples. So much room and each having our own bathrooms was so fabulous. Need a little refreshing but we loved our stay here.

Pool info misleading

The house was beautiful, however we were supposed to have access to the community pool and never received the wristbands or any other information about how to get in. I submitted a quick chat and never heard back. The kitchen was not stocked with basics, such as salt/pepper, condiments and coffee. More towels/pillows would be beneficial as well. One suggestion i would make is to make at least one of the bathrooms handicapped accessible with grab bars in and around the shower/toilet.

Very nice

This property was very clean and well-stocked. A few minor maintenance issues in the one bathroom as far as cabinet door knobs, missing, and shower handle adjustment, but other than that everything was wonderful.

Great Choice!

We were very happy, our group was comfortable, had the common area to be together for fellowship, eating and relaxing. Temperature in the unit was perfect and they all stayed cool. The pool was nice and the children enjoyed it. Would even be better if it had a game room. The only drawback was no internet in our unit and the bedrooms need new carpet, it was wrinkled and a little soiled. The bathrooms were very nice and spacious. Overall it was great and just what we wanted. Would recommend this Villa to others!

Extremely disappointed in cleanliness in of villa

The villa/house was not clean. Furniture was badly stained. Dining room chairs extremely worn and flaked onto our clothing. Floors were filthy. Bathroom were also dirty. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. They sagged in the middle. It appeared that there was no cleaning done prior to our arrival.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was easy to find, in a quiet area, that was central to everything we had planned to do while in town. The bathrooms were all very spacious and the kitchen was large enough we weren’t bumping into each other while cooking. The kitchen was stocked including utensils and a few pots/pans. However, none of the beds were queen (regardless of the description saying each was a queen bedroom), the carpets in the rooms were wrinkled and bunched up in several places (potential fall risks), and the fridge did not work properly to keep it adequately cool (we were unaware of this and ended up having to throw out food that we had just bought). Overall it was a nice stay and it was perfect for our group. As a bonus the furniture had a golf theme which was fun.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quaint Quarters lacked some basic amenities, like working hair dryers, pans like frying pans. The refrigerator was so low that it took a while to get cool. Ice maker was not working properly. The waste baskets were tiny, especially in the kitchen. The beds were uncomfortable and the lines were well worn. The upholstery on the dining room furniture was peeling. It was neat but not clean.

Branson Magnolia Court

We loved the layout of the house itself. We had 3 couples and our elderly mom. It was wonderful to have a bathroom for each couple. One of the couples complained about their mattress forming a gully in the middle so it was hard for them to sleep comfortably. Personally we are not used to such a soft pillow. My husband and I woke up with neck aches due to no support. Our family had planned to cook a lot of meals there and were slightly disappointed in the amenities to do this. The grill was not usable even after attaching a new canister of gas. We could not get a flame which we needed to cook our food. The kitchen was pretty well stocked except for any type of fry pan or griddle. We ended up buying a stove top cheap griddle and left it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as we were able to deal with some of the little stuff. However, we would recommend replacing the grill, pillows and the mattress in the left backside bedroom. Also add some skillets to the cookware. Thank you!

We have stayed on Mulligan Ct many times and love it. Its always clean and ready to go at checkin time. My only suggestion would be to maybe update the furniture and patio area.

Did not feel a personal connection. Felt like we were dealing with a cold corporate culture. Felt like there is a penalty for contacting the office for any issues other than an emergency. Had poor pressure, door locks are difficult, we’re afraid to contact services for 100 fine. If It was deemed it was an emergency.

Not sure why this is here!!??

The home was absolutely beautiful and very nice, but as I was pulling the sheet back to go to bed, there was a SWIMMING SUIT-HYGIENIC PANTY LINER!!!! I was a bit disgusted! My friend said “maybe it got stuck there from the laundry”…ok I can understand that…but there would be NO WAY that the housekeeping personnel could not have seen it!!

The property was very clean and the location was great. Disappointed that bar fridge and coffee pot didn’t work and that the mirror frame and the baseboard in the front bathroom were broken.
