Handicap Accessible Branson Hills Villa - You're gonna Love It!

Welcome to our second Listing, "Take A Mulligan".

This "Accessible 4 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom Golf Villa" is the second addition to our 212 Signature Collection and is located in the Branson Hills, Branson Missouri area. It comes with great amenities from the Branson Hills Golf and Country Club to include use of the outdoor pool (May-Sept), club restaurant, and use of the Award-winning Golf Course (Extra Fees apply for Golf course use).

We've updated the decor of the bedrooms and overall feel of this beautiful home. What I love most about the Villa is how central Take-A-Mulligan is to everything Branson has to offer. You can literally be to any number of Branson sites within 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Shopping at a number of different stores is less than 1 mile away.

The Villa is a large 2,600 sq ft private home with 4 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and each with its own Smart TV and a large, attached bathroom. Each bathroom features a double vanity with large mirror and beautiful stone tile, step in showers.

Bedroom # 1 (The Blue Suite) is attached to the fully handicap accessible bathroom. The large open space living area features a huge kitchen also with an accessible sink and lower countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook and feed all those staying with you.

Eat at the breakfast bar or the dining room with seating for 8. Relax in front of the gas fireplace while watching the 65" ROKU TV with access to all of your streaming channels (BYOP=Bring Your Own Passwords) above it.

The open living room is a great gathering place with a coffee /wet bar and adjoining outside deck. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa as well as several additional chairs. The wood floors are beautiful and add a great ambiance to your living area.

The 30 ft outside deck is very private and has a patio table and chairs, and additional chairs. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy the Ozarks outdoors. Your villa has free Hi Speed WIFI, a washer and dryer, and parking in front.

Ladies Escape

The villa was absolutely perfect in every way . Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, location was convenient, quiet , beds were comfortable, nicely decorated. The outside covered deck/porch is lovely ! We did not have anyone handicapped with us but if you need handicapped accessible this would be perfect. Will definitely rent again. Hosts were top quick to answer any questions!

There were a few minor problems, but the property is beautiful and perfect for us 4 old (er) ladies. This year they added a power recliner which was a great addition. Already looking forward to the next time we can book here.

Perfect trip

I came with my sister, her husband and 94 year old mother (who is still in good shape). They are not big on traveling but I think we changed their mind! The house was a perfect place with all the amenities and was clean and close to everywhere we were going. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Merry Christmas

We had a fantastic stay for the week of Christmas. The house was decorated for the holidays which definitely added to the Christmas spirit! The house is super! Had everything we needed, and was very warm and welcoming. Having four bathrooms is awesome! The hosts are wonderful; provided detailed information and responded quickly to questions. We highly recommend this house and these hosts.

House is beautiful and wonderful location away from the 76 congestion. Was wonderful for elderly mom. Bedrooms all had their own bath so plenty of room for all 7 of us.

What a great property!!

We were kept apprised of every detail regarding our stay in your beautiful home! The single story for a group in their mid-60’s was super ideal. An en-suite bathroom for each of the four bedrooms was perfect. The golf course neighborhood was lots of fun. The only comment to you, Paul, is to purchase and new towels for Bedroom 3. The existing towels have holes, but I’m sure maid staff hasn’t notified you! Easy fix

Spacious Home

We took our annual trip to Branson and needed more space for the in-laws. This place gave us a lot more space than our normal cabins. This house had everything we needed and then some. Conveniently located to just about everything! We loved it and will be back if it’s available!

Branson Fun

Take-a-Mulligan was absolutely wonderful. It’s a great place to stay for up to 8 people. There were 6 of us and we were completely blown away with house - clean, modern, spacious, well equipped and the perfect distance from the busy downtown. The owners kept in contact to be sure everything was fine, making sure there were no problems/concerns. I would give this a 10 star rating If I could.

Branson Girls Trip 2024

This is absolutely beautiful home and the hosts are the best. They are easy to communicate with and very friendly! I would recommend them to anyone wanting to stay in a vacation home in Branson. The house is in a great location, it’s close enough to everything you want to do but remains in a quiet neighborhood. We can’t wait to go back!

very nice property, wonderful host

The place looks just like the pictures. Very large kitchen, living room, dining room. Nicely decorated. We loved a lot of the signs with sayings on them. We had a problem with the ice in the refrigerator and contacted the host. When he couldn't get someone out there right away he had Walmart deliver not only ice, but in a cooler with some sodas. You certainly can't ask for more than that. We liked it enough that we will most likely book again in the spring!!

Perfect for friends get away!!

We are a group that has been friends for 40+ years. We came to Branson to see The Rolling Stones at the new Thunder Ridge Nature Arena about 25 minutes away. This home was perfect for our group - 4 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom. The deck area was wonderful - we really enjoyed handing out there. I would absolutely stay here again!!

1st Branson vacation

The home was immaculate, and very accommodating to my disabled mother-in-law. It had plenty of space to host my family. (two teenage girls, age 15, two young adults, age 21 and 22, grandma who was 65, my daughter who is eight, and myself) It is located in an area that is close to everything we wanted to do. The host communicated with us every day to make sure everything was OK. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals there. It is located in a very quiet, safe area and very family oriented. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Branson in the future.

We currently live in the Manassas VA area and work for the Federal Govt as well as George Mason University. We really enjoy the opportunity to provide a place where our guests truly feel at home. We love building relationships with our guests that make them look towards us first the next time they are looking to book a property.

Why they chose this property

Take A Mulligan is the 2nd property in our 212 Signature collection. We take a lot of pride in providing vacation homes that make you think "I can't believe I get to stay here!"

We heard so many great things about Branson, that it became our desire to purchase a place here and take the time to really get to know the area. We ended up purchasing this Golf Villa back in October of 2020. We did some decor updates with accent walls and have a great team that takes care of ensuring it stays at a high standard of cleanliness.

What makes this property unique

When you choose to stay with us, you have a large 4 bedroom / 4 Bath villa and each bedroom has its own distinct decor and vibe. I actually spent the last month living in the villa while updating it and have come to love not only the area, but the people in and around the area. You will be hard pressed to find a friendlier place to visit. I also love the location of Take A Mulligan because there's no where you can't be within a 5 - 15 min drive.
