BEST location close to the strip! See the horses at Dolly Parton's Stampede across the street from our front door. Fritz's Adventure is just around the corner.

Home with a GARAGE!! All ONE level, Three bedrooms include a king master bedroom, jetted soaking tub, & walk in shower! Second queen bedroom, and the third has bunk beds with a twin bed on top, full bed on the bottom, next to another full bathroom. Living room has a sleeper sofa queen size. You will love this location in Branson, take a look at the pics!

Large living room has large flat screen tv, blue ray/dvd player, gas log fireplace, with open dining room plus full stove, refrigerator, microwave kitchen with plates, silverware, pots and pans to cook if you want, as well as coffee maker and many of the small appliances and implements you have at home.

We have outdoor games and a basketball game in the garage, and a private porch out back you can play a game of corn hole, us our propane gas BBQ grill and enjoy life! Lots of room for everyone!!

Check in time is 4pm or later. Check out time is 10am or earlier.

**READ ME** We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen needs to cancel your reservation. It's peace of mind! :-) Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason”. If for some unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel, you will be GLAD you did it, and won't be upset with us. Be upset at yourself if you don't get it! :-)

The house was beautiful, and the location made access to everything we wanted to do so convenient. My family wants to stay there on our next trip if the house is available. We have visited Branson many times over the years, and this was by far one of our most memorable trips.

Brief mid-spring break getaway.

We are from Wisconsin, visiting parents in KC, and decided to spend 3 days in Branson. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Plenty of fans, bedding/pillows, towels, plates, cups, etc. It was great to be so close to everything we wanted to do! The house was clean and beds were comfortable! Thank you so much!

This house is great. We loved hanging out around the fireplace. The kitchen is complete and spacious. Location is great, near many conveniences and attractions. We walked to our Dolly Parton Stampede show. Would use again.

Family Get Away

We had a great time staying at your home. It is convenient to anything that you want to do. The beds were wonderful and we were so excited that there were so many towels and washcloths left for us! Usually we have to do laundry every day but not this time! We will be back!

Clean and well stocked! Easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to do! We had some travel fiascos which put us at the house very late our first night. When we arrived lights were on for us and it was VERY easy to get into the property, instructions were perfect. Would highly recommend and would stay again if we are back in the area. Had one issue with the sink and the owner replied within minutes and fixed it (with our permission) within hours. Very impressed with communication.

The way we travel changed forever when we were introduced to HomeAway several years ago. We stayed in several hotels and always felt there could be something better. We took a trip to Galveston, Texas and rented from a HomeAway member. Now we stay in vacation homes or vacation resorts wherever we go! There is no place like home!
