Not only was the property clean, the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Branson. The property manager was easy to contact, and the amenities on the property were great for our family with small kids. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location and house

Our family of 5 stayed here in our long weekend at Branson. The location was amazing. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is very nice to be able to pull into the garage. We would definitely come back!

Great house

This house was the perfect size for our family to stay for a few days. It’s great having room for everyone & feeling like you’re at home. Everything was just as described. I would definitely recommend this property. Great location, clean, safe and beautiful.

Nice but could use some updated items to make the stay better.

House was nice. The pillows in the bedrooms need to be replaced badly. The coffee pot could also be updated so that it doesn't take 30 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. Basic cooking utensils in the kitchen such as a spatula would be nice for cooking eggs for breakfast.

Great for a family

We enjoyed our stay here. It wasn’t the cleanest it could have been, but worked well for our stay. The beds are so comfy, we got some great sleep. The drive way is steep, and we just barely fit our Yukon in the garage. So thankful for a garage though, as we were there during a rare snow. It is a condo or townhouse type building so you can hear the joining neighbors through the wall, but they are not loud. Marva was very kind and responsive. The location is great! So east to get anywhere from the house.

This is a very nice duplex with all the necessities. I would have given our stay a 5-star. Unfortunately, this is listed as a pet, tobacco-free environment, but my allergies suggested otherwise. The only room that affected my allergies was the living room. The rest of the home didn't bother me, so I suspect that cat dander and maybe tobacco residue are in the area rug in that room. I don't know if that is from the owners, a former occupant, or possibly a used rug purchase. Until that rug or the source of the problem is determined and addressed, I would recommend caution to anyone with allergies, especially cats. If I knew the problem was taken care of, our family would stay there again.

The driveway was a little sloped but don't see any options in the neighborhood. We just always parked in garage so I didn't have to walk up the drive due to my knee replacements.

Great property for three couples. Very neat and spacious. Close to the main strip, but not quite suitable for walking (no sidewalks or paths). Bathrooms were super clean and the showers were excellent.

Perfect location for our vacation

We really enjoyed staying here for our 4 night stay in Branson. It is located centrally to all the things we wanted to do. While it’s close to The Landing, it is not ideal to walk there. The home had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay!
