Summary:

Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets!



The Space:

There are only two little stairs up to the porch to get inside this unit. Then once inside, everything is on the same level!

Guest Access:

The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance!



The Neighborhood:

Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just 4 minutes away!



One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Hills Resort! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!



The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on Lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!



AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the condo, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

No need to worry about keys, there is a keypad lock on the front door so you will be able to check yourselves in! We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be able if you do happen to need anything!

The host was very helpful. We loved that the condo had three bathrooms. The condo was very spacious and our family of eight was very comfortable there. The kitchen was nicely furnished and supplied all of our cooking needs. I would recommend this condo to any family traveling in the Branson area. The place was very nice! We loved the arcade games, the kids dishes, and how spacious everything was. The three bathrooms were definitely a plus. Luckily they messaged us about the address because google maps had us passing it. Everything was very clean. Just a couple of things that i wish i would have looked at further. The master bathroom does not have a door to the master bedroom. Not a big deal because we were able to use the other bathroom in the hallway to get ready. It was a little bit of a concern since the master bedroom doesn’t really lock. It is a gorgeous barn door but just something to be cautious of if you have a three year old who likes to slide open doors. There was one night the people above us never stopped walking/stomping. The other nights were perfect. Overall would stay again. Loved the location and amenities.

Beautiful condo had everything you could need, nice area. It has a nice clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pools and sauna and hot tub. the hot tub was not working that was a bummer but the pool was great. Not far from the strip and easy to get to everywhere. We had a great time. Great communication with the host. if we had a question Hanna responded very quickly. The only thing i would suggest is better curtains on the door and front window. We are already talking about another trip this fall. We would love to stay here again. thank you for sharing your place with us.

The condo was beautiful, spacious, clean, and in a great location! Our kids loved the gaming system, and all of the bathrooms were great for our large family! The full size laundry and dryer were also a huge plus and definitely used. Just a warning that the neighbors above can be heard and footsteps loud but after speaking with Adam, I found out that he could’ve helped with that so please reach out!

Howdy! My name is Adam Martin and I have been owning and managing vacation rentals here in Branson since 2015. My wife, Katlyn, and I have lived and worked in the Branson area for over 15 years. I loved being a director at Kanakuk's Family Kamp in previous years but now serve as the executive director at Kanakuk's gap year program, Link Year. I am thankful and blessed to be a part of this wonderful ministry!

Living in Branson has allowed us to enjoy so many aspects of this town and the fun activities all around the area. From the beauty of the lake, the many shows and attractions, to wonderful date spots, it’s all memory making! We have 3 amazing kids and also love taking advantage of the fun Branson offers for the little ones as well. So, with that, I love being able to share with YOU (our guests) all these great recommendations so y’all can fall in love with Branson just like we have!
