Location was perfect

Location was perfect. Beautiful place to visit and conveniently near the strip. We loved staying here and would stay here again. The only suggestions we had were to increase the water heater and water pressure.

Great property and location

This was a great property. Great location, it was quiet and clean. They did a nice job helping us with getting the internet working quickly when it was down. I do wish they would have communicated sooner that the pool on premises was not available. That was one of the main reasons we went with this property. They did find a sub location for an indoor pool but it was quite far so we did not want to utilize it. Overall I would stay again and recommend it!

Beautiful Condo!

We’ve been coming to Branson for years and this is probably the best condo we’ve stayed in! Very up to date, clean, amazingly comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the sun room. Just wish we had a longer visit this time!

Clean and safe environment. Perfect central location in Branson. Will definitely stay at this property again. Only suggestion is to let renters know that there is a flight of steps INTO the property AND a flight of steps UP TO THE 3rd bedroom/bathroom. Fortunately we had a couple gals that were fine with all the stairs up/down during our 3 day/night stay.

Inventory the kitchen utensils. The kitchen is no good if you have a poor selection of utensils. Furniture needs dusting and the towels are terrible. For this type of a rental the towels should be thick, new like. Instead the towels looked like the old ones from a Motel 6 pulled out of the dumpster. I wouldn't use them on my car. The rental has the potential just not managed well. Last but not least, other guest had two large dogs they placed in their SUV with the windows down and then they went back into their rental and of course it was parked next to ours. The parking spots are very tight and the dogs raised hell, barking just inches as I tried to get into my car. I had to crawl over from the passenger side just to back out of the tight spot. Not good.

Great stay, minus the check in delay!

This was a great condo and located in a great area of Branson. Everything was just as it appeared and was described on the Vrbo site, minus the check in process. We arrived 15 mins after the designated check in time, after a 5 hour drive with a 2 year old and a 10 month old. So needless to say they were a bit crabby and ready to get out. We told our 2 year old son that he could swim right when we got there - he was pumped. When we were checking in, we found out that we couldn’t go to our room yet - our condo was getting a leak fixed and “it would be super fast”. We didn’t get a call for another hour and a half and at that point, swimming was off the table, the kids were much crabbier than before and we were all just ready to get to our room. A heads up from the company would have been nice that our check in would be delayed 1.5+ hours before we got there. Overall I give the stay 4 stars, but it would have been 5 had we gotten to check in right away and not dealt with crabby kids.

2025 Family Getaway

The condo is very centrally located! Couldn't have asked for a better location. The unit is up one flight of stairs, so not hard to access. The condo looked just like the pictures online. This is a very nice vacation unit. We didn't use any of the kitchen appliances with the exception of the coffee maker, but, all appliances were very nice. There were a few issues we had 1) I didn't feel it was clear we needed to go to a different location to check in. Assumed it would all be emailed/texted to me. It was just around the corner, so no big deal. 2) The water pressure in the showers/tubs is very VERY weak. Took quite awhile to fill a tub for the littles to bathe. 3) The floors were very dirty. All of our socks, or feet would be pretty dirty walking around. It was like that day 1. I think they may need to spend a little extra time cleaning floors. All in all would definitely stay here again. Communication was very good, our location to the pool was great, just a walk across the street. Price for the time of year and location was pretty good. General location was excellent.

Very nice property that's accurately represented by the images in the listing. Check-in was very smooth and communication with the front desk reps was easy. We had a slight issue with our door code but a quick two-minute phone call resolved it.Lots of room inside for four of us. We all agreed that the furniture/beds were comfortable. Plenty of lighting in the kitchen and living room. There are plenty of utensils but if you plan on cooking, you may want to consider bringing your own pots because there's a limited amount supplied.Our main complaint was the floor was dirty and was not swept or mopped. I read a similar complaint in another recent comment, so this is an ongoing problem. There's also low water pressure in the master bathroom shower/tub.Note: the driveway to the property is on a hill and when leaving, it can be tricky to drive straight across or make a left turn.
