You will love this renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo! It has everything you would need for a perfect Branson vacation! The inside has been fully updated to offer the most luxurious comfort, you will have access to all of Pointe Royale's wonderful amenities, and it is located just minutes from the Branson strip and all the fun that Branson has to offer! Only 4 steps to the front door and no steps inside!



The Space:

Come on in, take a load off, and sink right into the cozy leather couch! There is plenty of room for everyone to relax to together and feel at home. The large flat screen TV offers the perfect spot for a movie night or enjoy your favorite cable TV show. The beautiful kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you would need to cook up your favorite meals! Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and lots of room make this kitchen fit for a chef! We also have both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot for all you coffee lovers! Then pull up a chair for breakfast with your loved ones around the dining room table or pull up a seat at the bar to keep the cook company.



Take your pick for a great night's sleep in either of the two bedrooms, both featuring a king bed. The primary bedroom sports a little extra luxury with private access to the back deck and an attached ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks and a walk-in tile shower! The hallway bathroom, for the second bedroom, also has granite countertops and a luxury walk-in shower! There is even a queen air mattress in the spare bedroom to sleep those extra two guests.



With no shortage of things to brag about, the back deck is another favorite that this sweet condo has to offer! Pull up a seat at the outdoor dining table to sip on a morning cup of coffee or relax in the afternoon while you watch the kids swim in the pool or play on the playground directly behind the condo.



The clubhouse is a short 3 minute drive away and features another outdoor pool (open seasonally), an indoor pool (open year round), a hot tub, tennis courts, a basketball goal, 24-hour fitness center, and a tasty bar and grill. Or make a tee time (for a fee) to enjoy a round of golf on Pointe Royale's beautiful course!



Guest Access:

In addition to the entire condo, you will also have access to all of Pointe Royale’s beautiful amenities! This includes one indoor pool (open year round) and two outdoor pools (open seasonally during the summer months), hot tub, tennis, basketball, fishing, children's playgrounds, walking trails, 24 hour fitness center, plus 24 hour gated security. You can also make a tee time at Pointe Royale’s golf course (for a fee) or enjoy an evening out at the clubhouse’s bar and grill!



The Neighborhood:

After enjoying all the perks of the Pointe Royale community, head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 8 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!



One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Pointe Royale! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!



The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on Lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!



AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.



BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE!

The State Park Marina is only 10 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! If you are bringing a boat with you, Pointe Royale does offer boat storage!



Interaction with Guests:

No need to worry about keys, there is a keypad lock on the front door so you will be able to check yourselves in! We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be able if you do happen to need anything!
