We’re so glad the layout worked so well for your family, especially with the comfortable sofa bed for the grandkids and two king beds with separate bathrooms for the parents and grandparents. It sounds like everyone had a great setup for relaxing together. We’re also happy the open kitchen and living area, huge TV, and reliable A/C helped make your stay comfortable, especially with Branson reaching 99 degrees! And being close to the theater district while still away from the noise and traffic sounds like the perfect balance. We love hearing that you’ll book again. We take cleanliness and maintenance concerns seriously and would have been happy to address these during your stay. Unfortunately, since these issues were not reported to us while you were at the property, our ability to investigate and resolve them during your visit was limited. Our maintenance team is available to check faulty equipment, and our housekeeping team can assist with cleanliness concerns when notified. We’re especially sorry we didn’t get the opportunity to help, as we had already established communication with you before your stay.
