4 bedrooms 5 bathrooms 2 living rooms 1 kitchen dining room, microwave fridge .... terrace with beautiful sea view this beautiful house is located near the palace, in a very quiet and secure area. Children can play in the street, there is no car! Zaquia comes all the morning to do housework and your shopping. everything is new, dishes, towels, beach ..... all you have to do is let yourself .... just enjoy. A 2nd kitchen has just been built on the terrace

Property not as listed. It is not newly decorated at all and was not very clean. The area was ok but beaches were really crowded and not ideal for surfing. I wouldn't go back.

Lovers of beauty will appreciate the beautiful decor, with delightful zellige tiling running throughout the property and a mix of modern and traditional local art. The house is in a good location, tucked away enough to miss the noise of busy evenings, but close enough to the centre. I particularly appreciated the rooftop, with a view of the ocean, and the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep at night if you choose to sleep there. Not all taxis will take you to the house and you may have to carry luggage.However, I do not recommend staying in this place at all. The main reason is the lack of proper aeration means the house smells and feels stuffy. In one room, where the light wasn't working, I noticed dark patches on the wall (mould? condensation?). It was stuffy at night, with only two fans for three bedrooms. My little one struggles with asthma.Another reason I was disappointed was that the description mentions a lady comes to make breakfast, which is why we chose this property over others. After booking, you are told this is not included in the price. Further, a day before, the owner confirmed a lady would come for breakfast and other meals for a price. However, on the day, the lady in question was not interested.I was also disappointed with the owner's last message, which rather aggressively accused me of dishonesty and leaving the property unclean, which wasn't true. She warned me never to book again - an odd way to speak to a customer who paid her hundreds.

Asilah

La casa es muy bonita, con una decoración elegante y respetando el estilo marroquí. Las habitaciones son cómodas, con cama de matrimonio, 3 con ventana a la galería y una a la calle. La escalera es cómoda y fácil de subir y bajar, íbamos con una niña de 4 años y no hemos tenido problema. El quinto baño está también arriba. Zaquia muy bien, respetuosa y amable, con la niña encantadora, va todos los días le da una vuelta a la casa hace las camas y nos ha preparado el desayuno. Hay que decir que hemos sido tranquilos y ordenados. Ademas hubo un día que nos preparo la comida y muy muy bien. Bien situada, la terraza bien equipada y cuidada. Han sido unas vacaciones fantásticas, repetiríamos sin dudarlo.
