With space for up to 10 guests, this beachside retreat is ideal for families or groups who want room to unwind together near the water. The home sits in peaceful Summer Haven, just 20 minutes from historic St. Augustine and close to Marineland and Fort Matanzas National Monument.

Outdoor living
Only a short stroll from a quiet stretch of beach, Aqua Vista invites you to spend your days by the shore. Hunt for seashells, watch the sunrise from the upper deck, or relax in the porch swing while listening to the waves. Evenings bring time to fire up the BBQ grill and share dinner at the outdoor dining area. With beach essentials provided and two free driveway parking spaces, everything you need for an easy coastal stay is close at hand.

Living spaces
Inside, you’ll find a spacious layout made for gathering. The open kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, along with cooking basics to prepare your favorite meals. A large dining table brings everyone together for shared breakfasts or long, unhurried dinners. In the living room, comfortable seating and an HDTV create a cozy space to relax after a day at the beach.

Rest and refresh
Four bedrooms and three bathrooms provide flexibility for families and groups. With five beds, everyone has their own comfortable spot to recharge. The bathrooms include essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper, and there’s a washer and dryer to keep up with beach days and longer stays.

Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep every season comfortable, while WiFi makes it easy to stay connected or work remotely.
