This home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or in-person greeting.

This is a self-catering home. Guests are responsible for their own shopping. We provide complimentary starter supplies for the first day only and they will not be replenished.

Starter supplies include:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll per kitchen
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish detergent

Great condo and close proximity to most Orlando attractions

Nice first floor 3 bedroom condo that was perfect for our group. It is in a great location with Publix and restaurants nearby and is in close proximity to many of Orlando’s main attractions.

Summer work trip

We came to coach volleyball and Booming made sure that was the only thing we had to worry about or focus on. The room was equipped with everything we could possibly need, even a playpen and high chair. Bathrooms are so large and the beds are very comfy.

Great Holiday

The property was clean and well presented and had lots of space for a family of 8. Hosts were very responsive to any queries we had and the check in and check out process was very easy. Would definitely book here again in future.

Great property

Clean, quiet, and property manager is very responsive. My only complaint is there wasn't a dish towel - difficult to dry dishes when using paper towels. Great location next to nice Publix and restaurants. We were there for three nights for a swim meet at Rosen Aquatic Center and worked out great.

The property was in good conditions and the beds, appliances, etc. was good. If I did have to make some suggestions it would be that there was not enough cooking tools, the air conditioner was finicky, and the amenities were pretty far (other than the pool).

Fabulous Spot

This was our first time booking through VRBO. Throughout the process, the hosts were so helpful. I had a lot of (procedural) questions after booking and they were always quick with answers. The directions were very clear for check-in and check-out. The condo itself had everything we needed. I loved the layout with the main bathroom on its own side of the condo. Everything was clean and tidy. The amenities within Vista Cay were also excellent for my kids. Highly recommend!

Convenient Location

The unit itself was clean and matched the pictures. There were plenty of dishes, towels, and starter items such as paper towels and dish soap. My real complaint was the overwhelming smell in the entry and hallways of the building. It was a horrible mix of cleaning products and what ever those products were trying to mask. I'm not sure if it is mildew, or what, but the management should really look into it. We also found an open, empty, "personal device" box behind my son's mattress as we were leaving. I'm not sure how you could miss that if the sheets were changed. Communication with the management was good and check-in a breeze.
