This home is less than one mile from beautiful Lake Charlevoix, nearby snow mobile trails, and 20 minutes from Boyne Mt., a quarter mile from grocery stores & shopping 15 minutes from Charlevoix, 29 minutes from Boyne City. This gracious historic 3,500 sq ft country-chic home is nestled on13 acres in the Jordan River valley. Fully renovated and updated, offering every modern convenience and professionally classic decorating. Both Master ensuites enjoy gorgeous views of the Jordan River Valley. Lots of parking, and Fully equipped with everything you'll need for your first class stay.

Jordan Valley guesthouse was featured in the Christmas issue of Home Life Magazine.
