The House was rustic and homey, but we loved it. The view of the Ocean from the Kitchen, Dining area and Living Room was amazing. The kitchen was well appointed for breakfasts and dinners in.

Gorgeous ocean views to an awesome beach (steep walk)! House needs big updates (ex carpet is horribly stained) and linens/kitchen appliances are very old/cheap but overall we had a great stay because of the lovely views and location. Afew things about the house/property management communication led to a lower rating however:- house is not well stocked (ex: no hand soap) - property management has no phone number to call, just a number to text although they were quick to reply but did not fix our issue (lock box was broken and they never fixed it during our stay or suggested an alternative)

Walk right out of the house and onto the beach.

This charming small house is very comfortable and right on the beach. Enjoy a spectacular view from the house and deck, then walk right out onto the beach. The sunsets were amazing! This was our favorite property of our West Coast adventure.

My sisters ,wife and I really enjoyed our long overdue trip to the coast. Great time for 4 old people.The house was exactly as described in photos and details. I hope we live long enough to do it again.

Great location

Enjoyed the stay. Property was a bit dated, but very clean and adequate. We did not like the fact that we could not have a few family guests during the day. We understand the concern about rave type parties, but there should be some vetting middle ground.

This property is very dated, however it was very clean considering its age. Carpets had a few spots in them but in good condition. All woodwork needs to be refinished. Very few upgrades. Beds were very comfortable. Beach access is nice but it is a very steep trail. If you want new and 5 stars this isnt it but if you want quaint and cozy it is. We were fine with it and had a great time.

Visiting seal rock area

Clean and comfortable. Easy to find. Gorgeous view. Downstairs was a little cold ,an extra or heavier blanket could have helped Maybe there was information on beach access and I missed it but would have appreciated information on how to access trail to the beach as it looks like it is on private property (neighbor told us it isn’t)

Great stay

We were in town to visit family for my niece’s high school graduation. The house had a great variety of kitchen items stocked (probably best variety we have seen at places) and a wonderful amount of dishes to accommodate our group. My kids LOVED watching a vhs film! Kitchen view made dishes just fine! We did have ants while we were there just used the spray under sink and that helped.

The property is in a good location but not access to the beach have to drive, in my personal opinion it needs an upgrade to make it look more attractive to the guests. But is fine beds are comfortable enough. The house has plenty of space to give you some privacy for a 4 adult it can accommodate like 10 people if you need it for big family or friends.

Good management

The management company was very responsive and friendly. The view from the house was wonderful, and the property is well situated near the beach with paths to the beach nearby. The house itself is dated, the poor mattress mentioned in earlier reviews is still there, and the kitchen is poorly supplied (limited pots,pans,knives, and the oven and coffee maker did not work well).

Love the Oregon Coast!

It was a nice place with a beautiful view of the ocean... if the outside of the windows were clean! That was very disappointing. The coffee maker didn't work very well at all and please... how much does a cheap coffee maker cost to replace it?

We were so disappointed when we entered house, it was so dirty, I called about it right away and they said they would send a cleaning lady, don't know if they did or not as could not tell. Daughter in law went bare feet in house and her feet were so dirty it reminded me of a little kid playing outside in spring. I wiped down one stair rail just one swipe and the towel was filthy!! This house needs a very deep cleaning and also needs a lot of upkeep. Have rented through VRBO many many times and did not expect to find a house in that condition. Now am worried about Sept. booking, it is a different place but sure hope to hell it is clean! I am 83 yrs. old and I certainly know dirt when I see it! It is such a shame because the location and view of this home is absolutely fabulous! I believe we should receive some sort of refund, at least of the cleaning fees part of the stay. Please allow this review to be posted so others may not be so shocked.
