Excellent for Father-Son Trip to College Station!

We had a great time at this property. The location and amenities were as described. We booked well in advance of our stay and I'm so glad we did. We were in town for a football game. Location was an easy walk to Kyle Field. The neighborhood surrounding the property was also so nice. Highly recommend and will definitely consider if visiting the area again.

Visited our Aggie junior daughter who lives in the same neighborhood. Perfect location. Unit was very comfortable and well-appointed for our needs. Bed was great. Towels were soft and plush. Would stay again!

Perfect place!

Came in town for my daughter's high school regionals golf tournament at A&M and this place was perfect for me. Loved all the little extras like water and coffee. This place was so clean and safe and amazingly close to the golf course!

Moving our daughter to TAMU.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood which was close to anywhere near campus you might want to go. The studio was very neat and clean, there were a few treats, snacks and bottles of water waiting for us when we arrived. This was wonderful since we did not have the opportunity to get breakfast before we headed off to take care of our errands for the day. We will definitely stay again!

Needed a place close to Aggie Park that was also secure enough to leave our 2 motorcycles protected. This property was in a quiet residential neighborhood, near enough for us to walk over with ease. The kitchen had snacks and two types of coffee makers (traditional & pod). Great water pressure and space in shower. Plenty of towels. Comfortable bed and large closet. Things we liked that we didn't utilize: --Pack & play in closet with an available crib mattress insert. --Back yard...privacy, available fire pit Things I didn't like -- knowing how/where to turn on which lights. Mowers that started 9am on Saturday.
