Perfect family spot

The home was perfect for me and my teenage daughters. Clean and with all the conveniences you need when on a trip. I particularly loved the outside seating for my morning coffee. Communication with the hosts was also easy as they were responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay

This place is fantastic--tucked in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to IMG where we had a soccer event. The house was immaculate, well-stocked, and spacious. The backyard (especially the fabulous screened porch) is a relaxing oasis.

Great Family House!

Could not have been happier with our recent stay at this Bradenton, FL property. I truly feel the photos of the property do not do it justice. First, the property is spotlessly clean and very modern. The master bedroom with a king size bed slept wonderfully for my wife and I, with the kids directly across the hall having the smaller room with a queen. The rest of the house is open concept, with the kitchen, dining room and living room all next to one another, and comfortably furnished. The giant, deep couch found itself converted into a fort several times by our 4-year-old over our short stay. The best part of the property is the lanai and the pool. The lanai is beautifully furnished with fans and tables for lounging. The pool is meticulously kept by a professional, who makes his appearance on Wednesdays. There are plenty of loungers around the pool for laying out. The shed has floats, tubes and toys for the kids, and the landscaping makes you forget you are in a subdivision. Anything you need is already in the cabinets, cups, plates, pots, pans, coffee pots, etc. The utility room has a very new washer and dryer. In addition to floats and tubes in the outdoor shed, there is also an umbrella, beach chairs and a cooler should you decide to make a day at the beach which was very appreciated. The owners were very responsive, easy to get a hold of, and truly seemed to care how our stay was. Thank you!

Quiet, Comfortable and Clean

Located near beaches and IMG for any spring breakers who have Teens for IMG training and for the Adults to go the beach. Very clean and comfortable.

Great, Clean house in a quiet neighborhood!

The 2 bedroom house was exactly as described and very clean. Was in the area for work and enjoyed relaxing at night on the screened in porch by the pool. I would definitely stay here again on future trips.

Amazing Oasis!

This property is amazing! It is exactly as pictured in listing. Neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is truly an oasis. House has everything you need for comfortable stay. Extras like beach chairs/umbrella/cooler available. Owners are extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Bradenton Getaway

We stayed at this property for a sunny getaway from the north. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The home is lovely and very tastefully decorated plus exceptionally clean. The beds and sofa bed were comfortable. We liked the location for daily excursions to Bradenton and other areas. We did not use the pool or outside sitting areas due to cool weather, but did make use of the inviting lanai in the mornings and evenings. Check in couldn’t have been easier and Katie and Dan made sure we could reach them anytime should we have any questions. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay in Bradenton

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood just as presented in the pictures. The house is very clean, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The backyard was so pretty with landscaping and lighting. The seating area on the porch was relaxing. Wish we had time to enjoy the fire pit and pool. The management company was very friendly and reached out to us immediately after booking. The hosts were gracious and responsive. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home.

Cozy stay

We loved the location. House was super clean, beds were unbelievably comfortable. Pool was a little chilly with it being November, but thats my fault for choosing a spot in fall without a heated pool. We loved the house, and the backyard space. The beach chairs, towels, and umbrella were awesome perks. Spent our mornings drinking coffee and having breakfast on back patio. I would recommend the poolside oasis for anyone coming to the area! The owners were wonderful people and went above and beyond. Thank you Katie and Dan!

Great…except a few things

Nice place, good neighborhood, and easy to get in and out of! Small things- pool was not clean(but we weren’t using it). Remote in main bedroom was not working- batteries. 95/100!

Amazing Stay!

This condo was amazing! It was a great place for me and my family to come relax. The pool was amazing, it had a lot of amazing amenities including a fire place, beach chairs to use, floaties, lounge chairs, and more! The hosts were made our stay amazing by helping us with anything we needed and they always responded quickly. The beds were so comfortable and the house was decorated so nicely. Would recommend a stay here!

Perfect cozy retreat

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The location was perfect for our visit to see family nearby in Bradenton. The home was clean and updated with lovely greenery featured in each room. The lanai and outdoor space including the pool were so relaxing. The neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely book again when in the area!

Spring Get Away

We had such an amazing trip to Bradenton for a break from our Wisconsin winter. The Poolside Oasis was the perfect place for us. House was decorated with great up to date decor and the rooms were very spacious and we did not feel that we were crowded at all. Spent many hours out by the beautiful pool and loved spending our evenings in the lanai. We will definitely be coming back to this house again when we visit FL. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and located in a great spot not far from grocery stores, shopping and entertainment. The hosts were very good about getting back to us immediately when we had questions. Thank you so much for sharing your "Poolside Oasis" with us!!

We enjoyed the house with its perfect beach theme and enjoyed the lanai and pool just as much! We had everything we needed there, with beaches fairly close…depending on traffic. 😎 The home was clean with comfortable beds! We hope to return!

Great place to stay in Bradenton FL

We so enjoyed our stay - the home was very clean and up to date - all the furniture and accessories looked new!! I especially enjoyed the pool - top of the line "lawn chairs" to relax in around the pool. Nice to have a grill. We enjoyed many laughs as furniture is low to the ground and we are old so "fun" to try and get up :). Only downside was the streaming on tv - we missed our regular tv channels - nothing special but abc, nbc were not found. Enjoy so "OLDIES, but goodies" but would have enjoyed some current. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to beaches, restaurants, churches, shops. Invited my brother in law who lives close to join us - he enjoyed as well.
