The Space:
Enter into the open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area with easy care wood floors. Expansive windows & doors across the front open up to the full-length wooden deck where you can sit with your morning coffee from the Nespresso pod machine at the outdoor setting for 6 people. The dining area with seating for 8 people also has sliding doors that open up to a side porch with a bbq & a couple of chairs.

Enjoy the 2 large sofas while watching TV or enjoying a quiet afternoon read.

Dinner can be cooked in the kitchen on electric hotplates or oven. If you’re feeling like a re-heat meal just pop a meal in the microwave and then let the dishwasher do the cleaning up.
Of course, there are the essentials like fridge, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils.

Split system heating & cooling.

Down the hall is the master bedroom with King Bed and TV. Walk through the large walk in robe to the ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity & heat lamp.

Bedroom two has queen bed and open hanging space.

Main Bathroom has separate shower, bath, vanity and a heat lamp.

Separate toilet.

Bedroom three has a Queen bed and open hanging space for clothing.

Bedroom 4 includes 2 single beds and a small desk.

All bedrooms have side tables, lamps, ceiling fans and are carpeted.

Separate laundry with a washing machine.

Backyard is landscaped with native bushes and steps up to the clothesline.

Drive way for 2 small cars undercover.
