Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Perfect location with plenty of charm and beautiful, calming forest views! Located within walking distance to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and the golf course. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Beautifully treed lot with lots of wonderful views of the seasonal creek and the greens from the back deck. Centrally located, it's a few minutes' drive to the lake, shopping and all that Big Bear has to offer.

LIVING SPACE - Homey 1000+ sq ft home with a living room, dining table, a cozy wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Upstairs first bedroom with a queen bed. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, a fireplace, and a shared bath. Downstairs third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a shared bath. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. Relax by either of the two cozy wood burning fireplaces.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with patio furniture and forest views.
