Great space

The unit is roomy and well maintained. Extra soundproofing negates outside noise, which is greatly appreciated. The location is convenient as well.

COMFORTABLE & CLEAN

The condo was very roomy, clean and a nice location . The street next to it is noisy but it quiets at night and the bedroom window insulation works really well keeping the noise muffled anyway. Huge sofa for hanging out and watching TV at night. 2 bedrooms on the first floor were comfortable and the beds and linens were very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved having the grill outside and the table outside too. Thanks for the pods for the dishwasher and the washing machine! We didn't need the downstairs this time but we will when we are back in June. When we were there we needed the heat a bit in the morning and they warmed up the place fast. Water pressure was very good. Only one teeny tiny complaint.....no hairdryer...had to buy one at Walgreens. Looking forward to renting this place again whenever we visit our son over the next couple of years.

LOVE THIS RENTAL

This is the best rental in Idaho Falls. Plenty of room, clean, well equipped. Loved the outside area with use of the grill and sunny backyard. Living room is really comfy and roomy. Bedrooms are comfortable too.
