This ground floor 3-bedroom apartment has a modern bathroom, air conditioning, kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee pod machine, lounge room with a Smart TV and DVD. Plus your own private courtyard.

Dolphins apartment also has a reverse cycle air conditioner, as free WIFI and a washing machine in the apartment.

The kitchen is modern with all appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven.

There is a separate dining room adjoining the kitchen. The spilt system air conditioner is in this area so it flows through to the kitchen and lounge room.

There are 3 bedrooms,
Bedroom one has a double bed and ceiling fan.
Bedroom two has single beds and ceiling fan.
Bedroom three has a set of single bunk beds. (not suitable for adults)

The private courtyard is perfect to relax and enjoy a BBQ for breakfast, lunch or dinner or to just sit back and relax.

There is a laundry with a washing machine.

The back yard is a lovely grassed area, great for the kids to play after a long day at the beach.
Please note it is shared with the guests in the top floor apartment.
If children are playing in the yard we advised they should be supervised.

These apartments are on a residential block one street back from the main road to the Beach.
Rent them together for a 5 bedroom holiday house, accommodates 10-11 people or they can be rented separately, note no internal stairs, different locks, private and separate entertaining areas.

Linen - sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are supplied. The beds are made for your arrival. Just bring your beach towels.

Noise policy - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

No Visitors - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered. This includes friends coming with pets, this is strictly prohibited. Please ensure you understand this prior to booking so you are not disappointed after you have booked.
