About this property

Well maintained/clean family sunset views, lake front 4-bedroom cottage with sandy beach entry & 5" off the dock. We offer a large living room with a wood burning fireplace, dining room with full lake views, open kitchen, finished basement rec room with queen pull-out couch and laundry. Access to acres of privately owned forest land great for hiking, mountain biking, ATV’s, snowshoeing, close to the bruce trail, waterfalls and abundant nature. Our ideal guests are families with or without kids.

Why they chose this property

This is our family cottage which we love to spend time at with our friends and family. We love the lake and have a great property with full access to the lake and lots of room for many to enjoy. We are aren't able to use the cottage ourselves we love to share it with likeminded people through short term renting. This is a four season lake front cottage with so many things to do and enjoy all year around.

What makes this property unique

Direct lake access. Guests and launch their boat in the lake at the public beach and moor it to our dock to enjoy the lake. Guest have access to over 2km of private forest trails right outside the cottage doors.
