This home is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, suitable for families and mature adults who want a peaceful, quiet getaway. Noise & light ordinances are implemented by the county & HOA with fines for excess noise &/or leaving exterior lights on during the daytime or after 10:30 PM. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am.

PARKING NOTE: There is free parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles; one car in the garage and one car in the driveway. No trailers or street parking allowed.

This is a strictly NON-SMOKING property. There is no smoking or vaping inside or outside on the premises, including the patio, front entry and garage. There are no exceptions and you may be asked to vacate the property, with no refund, if anyone in your group has been smoking. Thank you for understanding!

HOUSE LAYOUT
The inviting front porch leads into the spacious, open-plan living space and kitchen that has stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. Just to the right is a half-bathroom for convenience. As you step into the living room, you are greeted with a marvelous fireplace and gorgeous stonework chimney that reaches to the second floor. From the plush couch, you can see the full kitchen granite countertops and lovely breakfast bar. Through the kitchen door is a washer and dryer/ butler’s pantry that gives way to the garage which offers corn hole, lawn chairs, and a bike. The double sliding glass door in the living room opens onto a lovely patio with seasonal outdoor furniture, a bbq grill, and gorgeous Aspen trees. Through another door in the living room is the master bedroom and bathroom, which boast a king bed, plentiful closet space, and a beautifully tiled shower. The stairs lead to an upstairs ‘den’ that offers a stately hardwood desk, perfect for a workstation, more comfy seating, and a flatscreen tv. The first bedroom and second bedrooms hold a queen-sized bed each, TVs and abundant closet space. Between the two bedrooms is a full bathroom that also has a tub.
