Water View 106 - INTERCOASTAL VIEW Condo!

NOTE: Water View is under construction for building upgrades into 2027. There may be noise, the pool is currently closed with guest allowed to use pool next door. Please contact our office for more information.

Two Bedroom, Two Bath, Intracoastal View Condominium. Split floor plan making it ideal for families. Features a large balcony overlooking the pool area and Intracoastal. Queen size bed in the master bedroom with access to two balconies, one of which is private to the bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 55" Flat screen smart TV with upgraded cable in the living room. A flat-screen TV with basic cable in each bedroom. Blue Ray player. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer/Dryer. Heated Pool, Spa. Wireless Internet and Free long distance to US and Canada.

Great place for a beach get-away

We were in the Clearwater area for a wedding and wanted to enjoy the beach while we were there. Condo was great. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. The pool area was quite nice and the beach was so close. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo

Great condo, very clean! Loved the location, pool area and grounds well kept. Did have a problem with the A/C the first night, but was taken care of the next day.

Water View

Enjoyed our stay. A couple of items needed to be fixed. Maintenance came out within an hour and did a wonderful job. Location was fantastic. Short walk to the pier in the back for fishing. And a short walk across the street to the beach. Family friendly. And all of the residents and guests were very friendly. Especially appreciated a parking spot out of the weather. But does not accommodate a large vehicle. A guest parking spot was available. Would highly recommend.

Great location

We loved how we had the pool accessible but the best part was the beach access right across the street, less then 2 minutes to beautiful beach! We didn’t want to leave
